PEANUT COOKIES WITH PANASONIC INVERTER GRILL MICROWAVE OVEN

Peanut cookies is one of my favorite item to do for Chinese New Year and this year I had made my own peanut cookies

 

Ingridients 
(1)500g Peanut cookies (in packet) from Chang Thung
(2)500g of flour
(3) 320g of oil
(4) 230g of icing sugar
(5) 1/2 table spoon of salt
(6) 1 egg (for glazing ) add pinch of salt
Method 
1) Mix (1), (2), (4) and (5) together. Mix it well and even
2) gradually add oil in to it and make dough with it
3) Roll them well every small peanut cookies about 20g each
4) poke a hole shape with the straw
5) Glaze them with the egg on top
6) Bake 150 degrees for 20 minutes with the preheated oven
 (BAKING WITH THE PANASONIC GRILL MICROWAVE OVEN)
