Chef Chew and his brigade at Utara CoffeeHouse, has prepared a variety of Chinese New Year offerings perfect to welcome a new year in celebration of the Year of the Sheep!

Their buffet line will be featuring a wide variety of ‘good luck’ dishes on 18 February 2015 at
the Chinese New Year Reunion Buffet Dinner such as Chinese New Year Wax Rice, Chee Pau Kai (Paper Wrapped Chicken), Stir Fried Butter Prawns with Coconut Flakes, Herbal Roasted Duck, Hot Pot Treasures (Poon Choy) to name a few. The Chinese New Year Reunion Buffet Dinner is priced at RM78+ per adult, RM55+ for senior citizens and RM39+ per child.

In addition, kick off a prosperous new year by raising your chopsticks and Loh Hei to boost good luck and prosperity with exciting Yee Sang Selections, such as; Fruitti Veggie Yee
Sang (vegetarian), Salmon Yee Sang, Butterfish Yee Sang or Hokkaido Scallops Yee Sang. Priced from RM65+ per portion.

The Blissful Longevity Set Menu priced at RM978+, consists of Yee Sang with
Crustacean, Braised Seafood Lump Fish Soup, Deep-fried Sea Garoupa in Ginger Sauce, Steamed Tiger Prawns with Abalone Sauce, Braised Mushroom with Mustard Green in Black Moss Sauce and Sweet Red Bean Cream with Snow Sago.

The Everlasting Success Set Menu priced at RM1088+ also comprises dishes like Yee Sang with Soft Shell Crab and Jellyfish, Steamed Red Garoupa in Abalone Sauce, Tossed Tiger Prawns with Salted Egg Flakes, “Gui Lin” Style Yong Chow Fried Rice in Lotus Leaf and others.
