Blessing the Year of Sheep with loved ones at Harbour Plaza 8 Degrees, we have made ready sumptuous festive delicacies from Chinese New Year puddings and Poon Choi, bountiful specialties from Taste of Asian Gourmets Dinner Buffet to celebrating Annual & Spring Dinner package, let’s share the double happiness with great yummy food in this blossoming season.

Chinese New Year Pudding with Okinawa Dark Brown Sugar and Longan:
Made with quality dark brown sugar from Okinawa, rich in minerals with unique sugary bitter flavour, springy coconut milk pudding with chewy longan.

Turnip Cake with Shredded Conpoy and Preserved Meat:
Sliced organic turnip and proportional rice flour perfectly mingled with shredded conpoy, preserved meat and black fungus.

Chinese New Year Poon Choi:

Comprises whole abalone, fish maw, conpoy, dried oyster, prawn, mushroom, chicken, homemade roasted pork belly, goose feet, vegetable and more, serving along with condensed sauce braised from abalone, Chinese ham and chicken. Serving size of 4, 6, 8 persons are available.
