HARBOUR RESTAURANT PRESENTS “FRUIT WONDERLAND” AFTERNOON TEA BUFFET

Fruit contains a lot of important nutritional components which are essential for sustaining our good health. Thus, Harbour Restaurant of The Harbourview has prepared a selection of refreshing and nourishing fruit delicacies to replenish the nutrition lost of your body in this winter.

“Fruit Wonderland” Afternoon Tea Buffet combines various fresh fruit with creative cooking methods. Two highly recommended appetizers are the sweet and fruity Mango and Crab Stick Salad and Melon and Prawn Salad, these refreshing salads featuring fruity fragrance are perfectly fit for health-oriented patrons. What’s more, various low-sugar fruit desserts are also meticulously prepared for you. Two not-to-be-missed delights are Strawberry Serradura in Shooter Glass and Papaya Panna Cotta, the former is made of fresh strawberry, while the key ingredient of the latter, papaya, possesses plentiful protein and carotene, both desserts will delight your taste buds with their aromas and smoothness definitely. In addition, colourful and delicate, Mini Raspberry Yoghurt Tart, Lychee Mousse Cake and Passion Fruit Cheesecake, are nicely presented at the dessert corner, these desserts are simply as tasty as they look.

In addition to the above, Roasted Pork Loin with Peach Sauce and Duck Curry with Lychee Thai Style are specially introduced, their exquisite flavours are sure to impress you. Also under the spotlight is the live-cooking style Ramen Station with a range of condiments available for diners’ selection. Besides, Assorted Sushi and Sushi Rolls, various hot dishes and Salads are served on the buffet table. Make sure you savour our sweet hot picks at the Dessert Counter. MOVENPICK Ice Cream, Waffle, Chocolate Cream Puff, Chocolate Fountain and more are unlimitedly served to please your sweet tooth.

Come freshen up your palate with our refreshing snacks and desserts in “Fruit Wonderland” Afternoon Tea Buffet. Available from 3:30pm to 5:30pm on every Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays from November 2014 to January 2015, the buffet costs HK$150 per person only (same price for adult, senior and child)!
