THE EATERY @ FOUR POINTS BY SHERATON PENANG

October 27, 2014 by StrawberrY Gal

the eatery

The Eatery in Four Points Sheraton Penang is a nice place to dine for. The restaurant which is well located facing the fascinating beach view is a such a pleasure to dine with. Here I am now with my beloved family spending our meal in the great ambiance dining experience.

the eatery
In here, their chef is very pleased and happily presented our meals to our table which brings us with a vast delighting food not to be missed.

Recently they have their menu changed and we visited the outlet to get a try of delights. We started with the Caesar Salad (Rm 28.00) which the salad is made in house with the crispy Bacon, Parmasan Shavings as well as Crostini and Grilled Chicken Breast. The Salad is then topped with a Poached Egg on top. Deliciously done Caesar Salad, the portion is kinda a huge one with the added anchovies on ot. Awesome! I love the crunchy bites of the salad.
the eatery
Serving next, we had the Wild Mushroom Soup (RM 15.00). Fresh made in house, the mushroom soup comes awesomely good with four types of mushroom in the soup which including button mushroom, shitake, abalone as well as the Chinese Black Mushroom. The awesomely done mushroom soup blended till perfection something you would love so much, The creamy blend of mushroom soup topped with the fragrant truffle scent in it. It is just awesome as it is .
the eatery
As for the main, we had our favorite is the Grilled Salmon (RM 45.00) where the salon is well grilled with the twist , chef uses the Pomelo Herbs Quinoa with the add of lemon juice with it which bring the light zesty blend of the delights. Not just the that, with the tomato salsa and avocado with the topped of little soy sauce , it is indeed brings up the overall taste which is creamy and yet appetizing,.
The salmon also remains at its flaky and moist texture. What I love is the crispiness on the skin which brings us two thumbs up on the dish itself.
the eatery
We also love the aglio olio (RM 24.00) where the awesome aglio olio is being served with prawns, chili flakes, garlic and basil. Topped with the generous amount of parmesan cheese with it. The aglio olio is indeed well cooked al-dente and it give a kick of spiciness with the added chili flakes in it.

We ended with the Beef Tendrloin(RM 44.00), which is where the beef is being marinated with the Dijon Mustard. The Australian Beef is amazingly good with no gamey smell on it and the beef is juicy.
