Being in Morganfield, you will know what should you have ? The porklicious temptations is perfectly what  would welcome you to go for. The delicious tempting delicacies  of porklicious meals is calling my tummy for the day. Morganfield’s® combines life’s two greatest passions: music and great soul food is a perfect place to relax and enjoy and have your fingers lickering good with the porklicious delights here.

Starting up with their famous Onion Blossom (RM 13.90)  where the bouquet of the crispy breaded colossal onion is being deep fried till perfection with the crispy and crunchy flower alike delicacies. The onion blossom comes awesomely delicious with the crispy touch and the juicy temptation. Not forgeting, the dip of the  BBQ Mayonaise that accompanied with it  well compliments with the delights making it even nicer.

Lucky for Malaysians, the pig has moved out of its comfort zone and journeyed all the way from Spain to Malaysia. Now foodies are able to have a taste bite of the finest hog in the world, specially crafted with an unmistakable taste and texture using Morganfield’s secret recipe. Known as the king of all glazes, Jack Daniels Glazed Ibérico Baby Back ( RM 49.90) is an award-winning recipe that will keep you hooked in an instant. The baby ribs are cured with aromatic ingredients and finely smothered in exceptionally rich flavours along with a side of crispy onions rings and coleslaw. I love the tender-ness and the juicilicious of the ribs itself.

For an extra tender texture and melt-in-your-mouth experience, you can opt for Jim Beam BBQ Iberico Baby Back ( RM 49.90)  that gives the ribs an extra tender texture with special homemade Jim Beam BBQ sauce along with a side of crispy french fries and coleslaw. The BBQ Sauce which is being used is simply appetizing and awesome with the great flavours and each mouthful is tender and juicy. Divinely good.

Coming next is their Lamb Rack Ribs (RM 54.90)  where lamb rack ribs are being slow cooked for hours before it is being grilled and doused with their signature sauce. Juicy in the inside with the off the bone flavours, it is definitely a lip smacking delights. Not just that, the Lamb Ribs comes awesome with the choices of the quintessential Midwest Sides such as the corn bread, pilaf rice, smoky baked beans, red skin mashed potato, grilled corn on the cob and more.

As for the Beef Ribs (RM 54.90) ; it is simply well done as well with the selection of two sides, the tender beef ribs with the juicilicious temptation is just heavenly where each mouthful of the ribs comes awesome. If you are be beef and lamb ribs are available at all outlets for a limited time only until 30th September 2014.

Besides that, they also have the sharing platter which suits for 3-4 person. The sharing platters comes with  3 choices where you can have the Carnivore (RM 139.90) ; Ocean Madness (RM 159.90) and also Ribs Sampler (RM 179.90). The portion is completely huge and we had ours which is the Ribs Sampler where it comes with huge slab of ribs to enjoy. We had the triple flavours combined all into 1. The choice comes with 1/2 slab of Hickory BBQ Spare Ribs (or) 1/2 slab Garlicky BBQ Spare Ribs (or) 1/2 slab Smoked Peppercorn Spare Ribs (or) 1/2 slab Spicy Asian BBQ Spare Ribs, grilled Footlong Farmer’s Bratwurst sausage, grilled Spicy Devil Sausage, grilled Herby Hog Sausage, Galden Salad, Grilled Corn n the Cob, Corn Bread and Crispy French Fries.
