IMPORTED NEW ZEALAND SUSTAINABLE SEAFOOD @ JW MARRIOTT HONG KONG

The JW culinary team is pleased to introduce a delightful array of quality New Zealand sustainable seafood at Fish Bar from 9 October to 2 November 2014.

Diners may select their favourite seafood from the live tank, which includes oysters raw on shell as well as rock lobster, little clams and mussels -steamed to perfection and served with delicious condiments. In addition, an impressive variety of sustainable fish will also be available like red snapper, pink snapper, John Dory, blue cod and sea perch; each prepared whole on charcoal barbecue and accompanied with potato salad, mixed greens and New Zealand avocado oil dressing. Or enjoy king salmon steak with lemon and soy dressing.

Located on the 7th floor of the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, Fish Bar offers both an indoor and outdoor seating area where guests can just sit back and enjoy the autumn breeze and indulge in a unique ‘resort within a city’ dining experience.New Zealand sustainable seafood is available during lunch (12pm to 2:30pm) and dinner (6pm to 10:30pm).
