HEALTHFUL FUNGUS DELIGHTS AT REGAL COURT

Fungus is a popular ingredient nowadays due to its high nutritional values including dietary fiber, vitamin, protein and potassium. It is low in fat and suitable for people who look for a healthy diet. Our Chinese Executive Chef Tsang Chung Hong has created a splendid array of healthy dishes emphasising seasonal fungi such as Boletus, Austria Chanterelles, Matsutake, Black Truffle, Maitake, “Monkey Head” Mushrooms, King Oyster Mushrooms and Cordycep Flowers, etc. to refresh your taste buds at Regal Court.

Our recommendations include Braised Wagyu Beef Shorts Ribs with Boletus, these premium Wagyu Beef Short Ribs are specially chosen to cook with the King of Mushrooms, Boletus, presenting a must-try item for beef lovers; Sautéed Scallops with Austria Chanterelles, the delicately almond flavoured fungi – Austria Chanterelles are stir-fried with fresh scallops to provide you a refreshing choice; Steamed Shrimps and Cheese with Wolfberries and Matsutake, Matsutake is a sought-after Japanese mushroom with its fluffy texture and fantastic aroma. Steaming them with shrimps and cheese is the best way to taste its freshness;Poached Seasonal Vegetables with Maitake and Shredded Fish Maw, Chef Tsang crafts the dish using the inimitable Maitake together with deluxe fish maw, offering you superb enjoyment; Stir-fried “Monkey Head” Mushrooms and Pineapple with Black Pepper, the meaty mushroom goes perfectly with the pineapples towhet the appetite of every diner.
