To provide more diversified gourmet choices around the globe, Regal Kowloon Hotel presents you the double surprises, featuring the International Buffets as well as the traditional Vietnamese A-la-carte items and set menu at Café Allegro.

In Vietnamese Cuisine, herbs and spices are indispensible elements as you can always find plenty of spicy chili, sour lime, aromatic basil and cool mint on the dining table. Our Executive Chef is determined to deliver the most authentic Vietnamese flavour in all dishes, by using only the traditional recipes with selected herbs and spices to bring out the freshness of finest ingredients. Come and join us for a culinary journey to Vietnam!

Pho Bo Bouillon with Flat Noodles and Raw Beef is one of the signature highlights. The soup is long simmered with Beef bones and herbs for a rich yet clear texture, pairing with tender raw beef and Vietnamese flat noodles to form mouthfuls of true Vietnamese taste. The trio of Deep-fried Vietnamese Spring Roll, Sugar Cane Prawn and Butter Chicken Wings with sweet-sour dipping sauce is the perfect appetizing classic. Rice paper Spring Roll combining a crispy skin and hot fillings, Sugar Cane Prawn made of fresh prawn meat and Chicken Wings coated in butter offer a mouth-watering choice. Grilled Pork Chop with Lemongrass and Steam Rice features premium pork chop marinated with homemade lemongrass sauce, grilled to a crispy surface yet remaining juicy. Using In-season sweet mangoes, chewy black glutinous rice and rich coconut cream, Vietnamese dessert Black Glutinous Rice, Mango and Coconut Cream gives you a refreshing sensation.
