We do not see much sky dining in KL City Centre too where Pacific Regency is proud to be the first concept of sky dining in KL remarking the 10th year of the restaurant itself. With its long history, the restaurant is indeed worthwhile to visit for any occasion either in birthday, valentine or even proposals too.

Perched 30 floors up, it boosts a spectacular view and offers a great dining and entertainment space with the fantastic Luna Bar – which is by the pool overlooking part of KLCC and KL Tower view. Not only that; the romantic restaurant do catches my heart too – Cristallo di Luna.

When we stepped into Cristallo di Luna, for diners; we immediately saw the fuss about. The outlet boost us wit a trendy, classy urban setting which cleverly combines material like wood and steel. The overlooking sight from the floor itself is extravaganza. A menu is served to us and when we are flipping through the menu; they are quite a vast selection of western delights to choose from.
E-20140331-2044
Started with a bowl of healthy greenies, the Caesar Salad with the Smoked Chicken Breast (RM 20++) is generous is being served with the for seed romaine lettuce. Drenched with the generous portion of rich Caesar salad dressing; it is also topped with the anchovies, shaved Parmesan cheese, crispy bread croutons and also slices of tender juicy chicken breast meat. The hearty filling of delights not just bring us with the fresh combination but it brings us a more appetizing and zesty combination too.
E-20140331-2051
Soup comes next where their menu of soup completed with a few choices which include Onion Soup and more. Everyone’s favorite soup: the warm creamy mushroom soup (RM 20++) is prepared using their own house specialty and then it is topped with a light truffle sauce on the top leaving the fragrant blend of delights.
E-20140331-2137
One of their signature item is their Chef’s House Special (RM 36++) is where their spaghetti is being cooked al-dente. The springy spaghetti which is being served together with the generous amount of the flaky salmon cubes is just awesome.
E-20140331-2112
Pan Fried Salmon (RM 36++) comes next. The salmon is being grilled till perfection leaving the flaky texture of the fish itself and it. The sauce brings us with the exotic taste with the fragrant almond butter sauce. It gives us a smoother taste with the fragrant buttery sensation. It is such a goodness which is not to be missed. The hearty portion comes well with the generous amount of grilled vegetables in it.
E-20140331-2070
We also had the the Chicken Cordon Bleu (RM 30++) where the moist shallow chicken breast meat is being wrapped with the chicken ham and cheese. It is then breadcrumb and served together with the garden green vegetables and accompanied together with the mushroom sauce. Deliciously made with the crispy crust and juicy blend in it; the chicken cordan blue comes perfectly to our tummy with the flavorful blend.

E-20140331-2090
Not to be forgotten, we had the Black Angus Prime Cut Tenderloin (RM 70++) where the pan fried prime out tenderloin so perfection and it is then being served with the garden green vegetables and accompanied with potato. The succulent meat which is packed with the moist and juiciness of the meat is really good and each mouthful of the meat is perfectly cut leaving us with the flavorful and juicy blend. Tempted.

E-20140331-2143
To end our meal, we had the Warm Apple Crumble (RM 20 ++) where the huge tart with the warm scrumptious cube apple is being toast with pastry crumbs. It is then being served with a scope of ice cream. The deliciously done apple crumble is such a sinfully desserts to enjoy with and each mouthful is such a divine.
