CHERISH THE WONDERFUL MOMENT ON MOTHER’S DAY AT HARBOUR RESTAURANT

Mother’s Day is around the corner, it is a perfect time to show your gratitude to your beloved mom for her greatest love. The Harbourview has prepared a range of palatable and luxurious feasts for your celebration on Mother’s Day.

To celebrate this special day, Mother’s Day Dinner Buffet incorporates 8 kinds of fresh and seasonal crabs from all around the world to showcase the tantalizing sweetness of crabs. Some of the recommended dishes are Philippines Green Crabmeat, Avocado and Mango Salad, Steamed Egg with Dungeness Crab, Shaoxing Wine and Crab Meal, Three-spotted Crab Congee and Maryland Crab Cake. Also under spotlights are the Assorted Seafood Platter and Sashimi and Sushi Counter. The former serves New Zealand Oysters, French Edible Crabs, Canadian Rock Crabs, King Crab Legs and more, while the latter offers 7 selections including Scallop, Sweet Shrimp, Surf Clam and Herring on rotation basis. Other food counters such as Grill Counter, Cheese Counter, Salad Bar and Dessert Counter are also available in the buffet. Besides, one complimentary dish of Braised Abalone with Shiitake Mushroom in Oyster Sauce and a glass of Chilled Osmanthus Olong Tea with Honey and Lime will be offered to all guests who patronize the dinner buffet on 10 or 11 May.

Apart from the complimentary dish of braised whole abalone, each patron will be also offered a complimentary dish of Double-boiled Bird’s Nest with Egg White when patronizing the dinner buffet on 11 May, all of them are sure to offer you a delightful dining experience.

Apart from the dinner buffet, from 1 to 31 May, The Function Room (2/F) serves 2 different Mother’s Day Chinese Set Menus with a range of exquisite dishes dedicatedly crafted by our talented chef. The menus are priced from HK$4,880 up per table of 12 persons, offering free flow of selected soft drinks, beer and orange juice. 10% discount off will be offered to patrons who makes reservation for parties of 24 persons or above.

To cherish this special day, special programme and gifts are available on Mother’s Day and eve. All mothers will be given a piece of exquisite magnetic bracelet when patronizing dinner buffet on 10 or 11 May. What’s more, a set of skin care product sample with free trial coupon from Organic Beauty will also be given to each mother when patronizing lunch or dinner buffet on 11 May. Besides, all mothers who patronize the Chinese Set Menus will be offered a set of skin care product sample with free trial coupon from Organic Beauty or a piece of exquisite magnetic bracelet too (offer is subject to availability).

Last but not least, early bird offers are available for patrons who make reservation and place a deposit of $100 per person for Mother’s Day Lunch and Dinner Buffet on or before 3 May. On 10 May, only selected credit card holders are entitled to 15% discount off when patronizing lunch or dinner buffet, other discount offers are not applicable on that day.
