Well, having breakfast is good for our health. With the breakfast, you can have your energy boost of the day and eating right is to make your day even better. For me Milo is one of my favorite breakfast to have
due to my hectic schedule of work. A cup of Milo for my morning breakfast is a perfect as my energy boosted as milo is preloaded all vitamins I needed during the morning. It is such an easy meal to prepare not only for myself but for my little girl as well.

This year, the annual event will be held in Dataran Putrajaya on 20th April 2014 starting from 7:00am. The event calls upon all Malaysians to come together as a family to enjoy the most important meal of the
day and participate in physical activities together.
Apart from the 8-km and 3-km runs, there will be breakfast meals available to all runners and attendees while conducting various interactive sport activities that will keep the whole family energized. Ho further elaborates that Malaysia Breakfast Day is not just confined to the grounds of Putrajaya on 20th April but the cause should be supported from wherever we are. With this event,not only we can get a healthier bodies but the bonding with our children can also be strenghten as we know we are too busy with work and spend time earning money.
