Mediterranean Seafood Dinner Buffet features a variety of Southern European and seafood cuisines for you to experience the passion of Mediterranean countries. Under the spotlight is the traditional French fish stew, Bouillabaisse. The soup base is made of various fresh fishes, while half-cooked seafood like scallops, shrimps, baby lobsters and squids will be added into the soup to enhance its sweetness, gourmets are suggested to try out this stew available at live cooking counter to kick off the buffet. One of the must-try appetizers is Scallop Salad with Pomegranate Blueberry Sauce.
