Next we have the 招财进宝(黑鱼籽双味带子)Duo Combination of Deep Fried Crispy Scallop topped with Black Caviar and Stir Fried Scallop with Spicy Sauce which brings us with the tantalizing dish which is amazingly good. A chewy sweet scallop which is stir fried with asparagus is indeed a lovely meal to start with. The delicious fresh scallops which are coated with the aroma from Chef’s special Spicy Sauce is simply indulging. Another preparation will be the deep fried crispy scallops where the scallops is being battered and deep fried till crispiness. Bringing the juicy flavorful bites of scallops, it is sinfully delicious.

Next we had the东成西就 (冬菇海参蚝鼓发菜时蔬) which is the Braised Fish Maw with Sea Cucumber, Chinese Mushroom, Dried Oyster, Sea Moss and Vegetables. One of the Chinese New Year Traditional dishes where it is filled with loads of collagen from the sea cucumber and fish maw. Not only it is auspicious, it is good for skin too.

Not to forget, one of the signature by the Chef which is the 代代平安(干贝鲍鱼酿豆袋)Braised Abalone Treasures Pockets with Dried Scallop and Vegetable ((S) RM88 (M) RM 132 (L) RM176) is good. Hidden treasure beneath the treasure pockets where the pockets are being stuffed with goodness ingredients like diced abalone, scallop, mushroom and carrot. The ingridients are being stuffed in the Japanese tofu skin Aburage. The pockets is usually symbolizing the good stuff like money, gold, and more stuffing inside the wallet.

If you are a fish lover, do try their 年年有余(上汤金菇浸鳕鱼) Simmered Cod Fish with Enoki Mushroom and Wolf Berries in Superior Broth ((S) RM128 (M) RM192 (L) RM256)). Fresh flaky cod flesh of the cod fish and well flavoured with the enoki mushroom and the wolf berries. The dish is sinfully good which makes it to my favorite too.

满屋生辉(鲍汁烧鸭干贝焖饭)Braised Rice with Roast Duck and Dried Scallop in Abalone Sauce ((S) RM80 (M) RM120 (L) RM160) is something special that we had tried. Fragrant taste that comes from the scallop and abalone sauce, it is simply a satisfying and special meal indeed.

Ending with the sweet delight the 甜甜蜜蜜(养多乐炖雪蛤红雪耳)Double-boiled Hasma with snow fungus, red date and Yakult is perfect to end after the heavy meal. The soothing dessert with the hasma is not only delicious but it is good for the skin too.
