INDULGE IN LOVE SEASON AT HARBOUR PLAZA 8 DEGREES

Harbour Plaza 8 Degrees is going to bring lovers a love-filled dining experience and romantic room package in this love season. A sumptuous array of sustainable seafood at Café 8 Degrees includes Pan-fried Netherlands Plaice in Spring Onion Soy Sauce, Deep-fried Spain White Bait with Spicy Salt, and Steamed Spain Whole Corvina in Soy Sauce. Together with other delicacies like freshly shucked Oyster, Roasted Prime Rib of Beef, Grilled Lamb Chop with Spicy Mint Yoghurt, Seafood Hot Pot, Mango Napoleon, Vanilla Soufflé with Bird’s Nest and more. Be enlightened with the pink Chocolate Fountain on Valentine’s Day.

 

 

 

Two Valentine’s Cupcakesand one Häagen-Dazs Teddy Bearwill be given to every two full-paying diners on February 14 during dinner buffet at HK$508 per adult and HK$358 per child.

A 6-course Valentine’s Set Dinnerwill be served from February 8 to 16 at Bar & Terrace. Featuring from appetizing Romaine Lettuce Salad with Sesame Dressing and Scallop, Truffle Cappuccino, main course Baked Lobster Thermidor and Goose Liver with Champagne Sauceor Baked Goose Liver and Pigeon Breast in Puff Pastry with Truffle Sauce, to tantalizing dessert Fresh Passionfruit Mousse Cakepair with Peach Sparkling Wineand Strawberry Chocolate Dip, all are set to surprise diners’ taste buds.
