CELEBRATE CHINESE NEW YEAR WITH CAFE O

January 16, 2014 by StrawberrY Gal

Cafe O, a health-conscious Hong Kong restaurant group with four cafes and two kiosks in the city, is pleased to announce the release of their 2014 Holiday Catering Menu. This menu features 3 catering packages available just in time for Chinese New Year and other upcoming holidays.

These unique holiday packages have been specially crafted for parties of 10 persons or above. Packages include a different appetizer and main course of meat or veg such as Lucky Roast Suckling Pig (鴻運燒乳豬), Great Fortune Smoky BBQ ribs (招財豬肋骨), Best Wishes Bangers and Mash (如意肉腸配薯蓉), or Prosperous Vegetarian Lasagna (財源滾滾寬麵條). Each dish is perfectly paired with side dishes and sumptuous desserts. Prices vary. To order catering and/or book one of our venues, visit www.cafeo.hk/catering/CNY/  or call +852 2165 1038.

Those seeking an enjoyable day out during the holidays can conveniently turn to Cafe O as well. While most of Hong Kong will close down during Chinese New Year, Cafe O in Central and Mid-levels will remain open from 7am-10pm 7 days a week during the festive season. The entire cafe menu will be on offer, including sweet smoothies, fresh fruit juice blends, all-day breakfast sets, sandwiches and salads to new monthly promotions like portobello and salmon couscous and leek and potato soup.

Featured as well is Pizza Campione – the dish Cafe O Director of F&B Claudio Conforti won the Gold Award for at the  2013 Fonterra Pizza Challenge in Angliss Discovery. This delectable East-meets-West pizza is a unique fusion of fresh worldly flavours and toppings including fine red onion, cured Sicilian tuna, lemon zest and dancing ‘Bonito Flakes.’ Priced just $88, this is an affordable delicacy and like everything on the Cafe O all-day menu, Pizza Campione is available for dine-in and takeaway, prepared and served by a friendly team in bright, relaxed cafe settings with free Wi-Fi.
