IMPIANA KLCC HOTEL YEAR END FESTIVE PROMOTIONS

The creative culinary team of Impiana KLCC Hotel reinvents the spirit of Christmas with a magical theme leading us up in style to the year end festive promotions. The team has prepared sumptuous spreads of Christmas and New Year buffets for your enjoyment and satisfaction.

Tonka Bean Café

Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner



On the 24 December 2013 from 6:30pm until 10:30pm. Among the spectacular delicacies that will be served are Homemade Chicken Liver Pate with Cherry Gelee Smoked Salmon with Green Asparagus & Mustard Dill Sauce, Stuffed Eggs Garnished with Salmon Caviar & Potato Chips, Grilled Vegetable Tart Topped with Flamed Goat Cheese, Mini Potato Waffles with Ebiko & Sour Cream. Dinner is priced only at RM128++ per person inclusive a glass of wine or mocktail. RM 108++ per person for buffet only and free meal for children below six years and 50% off for children six-12 years old. Among the many exciting activities are special Santa Clause and Santa Rina appearance, door gifts and give away for kids, free family snapshot, Christmas carol and live performance by String Trio to make the event more memorable.

Christmas Day Hi Tea



On the 25 Dec 2013 starting from 12:30pm until 4:00pm delectable choices of Roasted Whole Turkey with Apple Stuffing & Cranberry Sauce, Beef Wellington with Yorkshire Pudding, Mushroom Risotto, Seafood Aglio e Olio, Penne with Tomato Sauce & Chicken Sausage Pizza with Mozzarella, Smoked Duck Breast & Mushrooms Grilled Vegetable Pizza, Potato & Leek Soup, Braised Seafood Treasure Broth, Bread Station with Lavosh, Bread stick, Butter & Margarine and many more priced at RM98++ per person, free meal for children below six years and 50% off for children six – 12years old. Exciting door gifts awaits, free family snapshot, Christmas carol and live performance by Charmaine’s Trio and special Santa appearance to celebrate the joyful Christmas.

New Year Eve Buffet Dinner

On the 31 December 2013 we are offering entrées to satisfy even the most discerning experience to guests with dishes such as Homemade Chicken Terrine with Cranberry Sauce, Salmon Galantine with Horesradish on Lettuce Julienne, Roastbeef Platter with Onion Jam & Pickles Insalata Caprese with Fresh Basil & Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Beef Mignons with Stroganoff Sauce & Sour CreamSpaghetti Marinara ala Papillot Style, Lemon Roasted Chicken Breast on Vegetable Couscous, Mashed Potatoes with Onion Rings. Priced at only RM158++ per person buffet with a glass of champagne, red/white wine/mocktail, RM138++ per person buffet only, free meal for children below six years and 50% off for children six-12 years old. Party pack giveaway, family snapshot, balloons drop on New Year’s countdown and live performance by Harmony & Rhythm.

Christmas Eve Set Dinner



Enjoy the elegant set up and atmosphere at CEDAR ON 15 on 24 December 2013 from 6.30pm onwards priced at only at RM180++ per person (4-course set dinner) or RM250++ (4-course set dinner with a glass of wine). Tartar of Yellow Fin Tuna & Fresh Avocado, Consommé Double of Black Trumpet Mushrooms, Venison loin & stuffed turkey ballontine accompanied by sauce bordelaise, celeriac mashed and plucked brussels sprout leafsare and Medley of Santa Claus” christmas pudding, homemade figs ice-cream and chestnut mousse tart among the delicacies to be served to perfection.

New Year Eve Set Dinner

Commencing on the 31 December 2013 from 6.30pm onwards priced at only RM220++ per person (5-course set dinner) or RM280++ (5-course set dinner with a glass of wine). Salivate with our mouth watering menu like Salad of Foie Gras & Barbary Duck Breast, Cauliflower Cream Soup, Sherbet of Japanese Cucumber, New Zealand Lamb Loin Prepared 2 Ways accompanied by red cabbage parcel & parisian potatoes and “Variation Marzipan & Chocolate”.
