CHRISTMAS AT DORSETT GRAND SUBANG

During the Christmas time, offer yourself with the spirit and joys of the festive season and savoring in the sumptuous offerings on this upcoming Christmas. From the traditional homely buffet to a sophisticated Chinese Set dinner, as well as a quiet serene afternoon tea; Dorsett Grand Subang is sure to keep up the jolly mood of the season.

The menu from the Terazza Brasserie has a charming array of buffets well set up to welcome the Christmas Eve and also the Christmas Day.

The buffet spread are indeed a wide one but some of the specialty includes the soups. The warm hearty soup do makes Christmas perfect where the hot creamy soup keeps us perfectly warm and comfort before we started with the mains

Nothing beats the Roast Tom Turkey for Christmas which is a good fix during Christmas. The Roast Tom Turkey had its highlights which the celebrity of the night. The juicy meat roasted till golden brown and served with the cranberry sauce as well as the brown sauce suits the turkey most. It is served with vegetables and potatoes to balance up the entire turkey meal.

If you are fish lover do try their Salmon. Wrapped together with the bacon, it is something I love the most. The juicy meat of the fresh salmon together with the bacon is being pan fried leaving slight saltiness to the fish itself.

This baked lobster is just what I love the most. The mini lobster with cheese well baked in oven makes a perfect date for me in Dorsett Grand Subang. Juicy fresh lobster well paired with the creamy cheese is indeed delicious.

Not only that, they do have more items which in their buffet which includes pizza station, Roasted Australian Prime ribs, Homemade Hickory Smoked Mussels and more.

For sweet tooth lover, do try out their cakes and desserts which include the Christmas Pudding, Ginger Crème Brulee, Chocolate Mousse as well as the Yule Log too. For me, I love the Yule Log which is simply rich with the chocolate flavors.

Dinner on the Eve and Day of Christmas is available from 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm and priced that RM98.00++ while Christmas Brunch is available from 11.30 pm to 3.30 m at RM 68.00++ per person.

For a more Oriental twist, but still keeping in the spirit of a Christmas Reunion meal, The Emperor Chinese Restaurant has specially designed a 6-Course Christmas Set Dinner. Starting off with Chicken Rolls with Honeydew and Mixed Fruit Salad, to a Soup dish of Double-boilded Fish Maw with “Brazil” Mushrooms to wet your appetite. A scrumptious serving of Baked Pacific Cod and Prawn with Katafi Noodles for the main courses, ending with Chilled Avocado Cream with Sweetened Mango Pancake for dessert.

Available on the 24th and 25th of December, from 6.30pm to 10.30pm, at RM88.00++ per person.

Big meals not your cup of tea? Then perhaps a more quiet and relaxing English Afternoon Tea would suit your palette. Have a festive themed pastry selection with your cuppa as you enjoy the afternoon being serenaded by our Live Pianist at the Piano Lounge with Christmas tunes to give you that warm fuzzy feeling.
