The  set menu will consist of:
— Welcome — 
Mulled wine
Devils on horseback (prunes wrapped in beef bacon)
Spiced pumpkin soup shooter
— First Course —
Smoked salmon on rye with horseradish cream & leaves
Or
Lobster bisque with truffle oil
— Main Course —
Turkey with chestnut & sage stuffing (whole bird, family style)
And
Roast side of beef
— Accompaniments —
Potatoes roasted in beef fat
Brussel sprouts sauteed with anchovies, garlic & chilli
Roast carrots with orange glaze
Creamed spinach
Beef & redcurrant jus
Turkey gravy
Bread sauce
Cranberry sauce
— Dessert —
Spiced orange Christmas cake with a rum glaze served
with butterscotch sauce & brandy cream
— Christmas Present —
Mince pies to take home
