CHICAGO RIB HOUSE PRESENTS CHRISTMAS IN THE CLASSIC AMERICAN WAY

Chicago Rib House brings to Malaysia with the legendry tradition of good old Chicago Ribs which is steeped in 70 years of history.Pioneered in 2010, the hip and fun American diner stu;ed restaurant is famous for its pork ribs and all time American BBQ favouritrte, smoldered in secret homemade sauces. With the tagline : “ Bu8ilt on Love, Peace and Bacon Grease”, their signatures includes the World Famous Pork Ribs.

From 20 December 2013 till 1st January 2014, Chicago Rib House will comes up with their special 4 course Christmas Set menu which is at RM 79.90++. The set includes a welcome drink, an appetizer, a soup, a main course and also a dessert

Start the festival feast with a refreshing drinks such as the Peach Bellin, Mint Lemondade or Christmas Berry Delight.

The Peach Bellini brings us with the refreshing taste of the drinks where the fresh peach is being blended with the peach juice as well as the sparkling wine. The taste is simply refreshing and nice.

Christmas Berry Delight brings us with the refreshing berry fizz which is good one too.

As for the Mint Lemonade, the flavors are refreshing and yet in brings us with the cool lightly minty taste of the drinks which is really soothing especially after the heavy meals.

For appetizer, the Crab and Cod Crostini on Avocado, a delicious mix of seafood with the creamy avocado is being grilled together with the Parmesan cheese on top of the crispy olive oil toasted baquette will whet your appetite. The delicious blend of the appetizers welcome me with a smile and it is simply delicious and appetizing too.

This is followed by the Pomegranate Salad, which is a mix of greenies, yellow zucchini with Pomegranate Salad with a mix of fresh salad leaves, yellow zucchini with Pomegranate dressing as well as the feta cheese and also the crunchy roasted pecan nuts.

As for the mains customer can choose one of the three delightful main courses which is the Roasted Whole Turkey Leg, Roasted Pork Belly Roulade and Dry Rubbed Coffee Ribs . As for the review session, Chicago Rib House prepared us with the petite portion to try off.

The Roasted Whole Turkey Leg is simply slow cooked and roasted with the thyme and served together with the classic gilet sauce and cranberry jelly at the side with the mash potatoes and garden vegetables.

For ribs lover, they can try the baby back ribs which is one of the signature in Chicago Rib House. The culinary team of Chicago Rib House had created the Dry Rubbed Coffee Ribs where the baby back ribs have been dry-rubbed with the spice and oven baked with the chargrilled glazed coffee sauce and served together with the garden variety roasted begetables and potato tartin.

For those who love pork belly, they can opt to try their Roasted Pork Belly Roulade which is where the roasted pork belly rolled with sage infused with apples, olives, and chestmuts. It is being served with the garden variety where the roasted vegetables and potato tartin, accompanied with the tangy sweet apple compote and red wine reduction. The meat is tender and juicy which brings us a tangy flavorful taste too.

Complete the Christmas meal with the classic desserts. The Pumpkin Tart which makes the delightful ending with the roasted sweet pumpkin in tart pastry is perfectly well served with the strawberry coulis and topped with the wipped cream on top.
