This year, the Wine and Dine Festival will take place at the New Central Harbourfront from 31 October to 3 November 2013, apart from enjoying the fabulous wines from all around the world, you should not miss out the tasty complements. Royal Plaza Hotel specially presents an array of delicious hors d’oeuvres which will greatly enhance the taste of wines for your satisfaction.

Perfect Match and Double Enjoyment

Good food always brings out the true tastes of fine wines. It is therefore essential to seek the perfect match. Royal Plaza Hotel introduces irresistible hors d’oeuvres to match with different types of wine. The must try item is ‘Pan Fried Abalone Skewer’, upgrading the common skewer with a whole abalone. What’s more, a Special Package including abalone, octopus ball and mini hot dog is available to fill your food-carving tummy.

A Combination of Tradition and Creation

Hong Kong is known as a gourmets’ paradise, we elaborately prepare a wide selection of traditional food combining the sense of creation to take you on a local gourmet journey. ‘Mini Hot Dog with Special Sauce’ offers 6 kinds of special exotic sauces including Black Truffle Mayonnaise, Mustard Sauce and BBQ Sauce etc. for you to adjust to your liking. ‘Baked Okinawa Sweet Taro Pineapple Bun’ is a combination of soft bun filled with silky smooth Okinawa Taro paste with a crunchy butter pastry topping that make it irresistible one.
