FURBY : NOT JUST FOR KIDS

November 28, 2013 By StrawberrY Gal - KIDS, Lifestyle, Parenting, Toys 3 Comments

It is time for Christmas and this year, why not get some interesting stuff for your kids or even friends for this Christmas. Furby is what I would recommend not only for Christmas, but you can give this at any time too. I spotted the little Furby when I saw them in Toy ‘R’ Us not long ago and thanks to Places& Foods to give me a chance to review the little cute toys.

The new toy by Hasbro Toy Malaysia (Hasbro) is a little pet with a “mind of its own.” Just like a real pet, you can feed, it, shower it, or even take it to the bathroom. The new Furby Boom is all the magic and personality of its 2012 predecessor plus twice the content. The new Furby Boom blurs the line between physical and digital play for a unique educational experience. It can even hatch virtual Furbling friends in the form of colorful eggs so that children can have more friends and more friends to play with. Furby Boom owners and their Furby Boom can then feed, play and interact with the virtual Furblings which are hatched. The Furblings can speak both English and Furbish.

Furby Boom has A Mind of Its Own and combines physical and digital ways to play! Interact with your Furby Boom 1 on 1 to shape its personality, and then hatch and raise digital Furby Furblings together in the Furby Boom app. This Furby Boom creature has more than twice as many responses as the previous Furby, remembers the name you give it, has 5 new personalities to discover and, on top of all that, it’s hatching a new generation!!

It is very easy to play with and what you need to do is you can download the apps in any android or iphone apps. From the free mobile Furby Boom app, it enables owners to personalize, interact with, and nurture their new furry friend. An interactive dashboard on a mobile device also allows you to monitor the well-being of your Furuby including its happiness, hunger, and cleanliness levels. Each app can monitor wellness levels for multiple pets at any one time. Isn’t that fun

The little Furby I have at home is just fun especially I am alone in my home and this little cutie is being a friend of mine make my time past very fast. Furby is just like a little pet where you need to take care of his food, bathing him, talk to him as well as entertaining him too. It is fun and raising it is just like raising a little pet at home. Not only that, you will not have any mess to clean up after which I love the most.

We have to pamper the little Furby like our little ones where we play with him, talking with him, virtually playing with him as well as virtually feeding him with food. It is fun and we really enjoy them as big kids. And it is just a superb little one to accompany us whenever one is busy.

Not only that, we get funs playing with Furby and collect over 50 eggs to build my own Furby City. Not only that I can also play “Furball”, a soccer style game and the excitement is endless.

Get one for your kids now and with this, they can learn how to take care of the little Furby as a pet and your little one will be tempted and fall in love with it.

Furby is available in six fashion-forward designs, the new FURBY BOOM is available in waves, stripes and zigzag designs. The new Furby Boom is available at most major toy retail outlets nationwide and major departmental stores at RM269.90. It requires four (4) “AA” batteries that are not included. To download the app, please visit the App Store or Google Play.
