Vault Bistro is located in between TTDI and Tropicana City Mall is Vault Wine Bistro. Tge restaurant brings the concept of the casual wine bar where the place is simply cozy. If you are a wine lover this place is definitely a place to visit as they serve a wide variety of wine from Italy, Australia, France and many more. As the place is still new, there are ample parking spaces and it is free of charge.

Our dinner starts off with some Tapas serving. We started with the crispy calamari where it is simply juicy. It is well deep fried till golden brown and served together with the Thai Chilly Sauce. The crispy and juicy calamari is really delicious with a slight hint of pepper with it.
Price: RM 15.00

Next comes the Roasted Pork Belly where the pork belly is being roast and then it is being fried with the black soy sauce and garlic together with it. The 3 layered pork is simply juicy and the roasted pork belly goes very well with beer. It is amazingly well made and I am totally falling in love with the juiciness of the pork belly.
Price: RM 16.00

The Escagot gives a creamy taste with the hint of garlic and butter. The escargot is fresh and is it so good which it is never enough for us.
Price: RM 20.00 (1/2 dozen)

Ceaser Salad is the next fiber meals which is plase on the table. The crispy romain is tossed with anchovy dressing, parmigiano, crouton, bacon bits and grilled chicken. The slices of chicken breast is being marinated and grilled to be served at the top of the salad and the meat is tender and juicy too.
Price: RM 18.00

Not only that, we also being introduced with their another signature salad which is the Arugula Salad where the fresh rocket leaf is being served with shredded cheese, crouton cherry tomato and aged balsamic dressing. The salad gives us a blend of light and yet refreshing taste.
Price: RM 16.00

Aglio Olio is being one of my favorite. The classic dish is being well prepared with extra virgin olive oil, garlic and chili flakes. If you love to have more ingredients to your aglio olio, feel free to add on with chicken (RM5), squid (RM6), prawn (RM6) and seafood (RM8) with additional price. The Aglio Olio is one of my favorite where it had the umph of spiciness which I love the most.
Price: RM 18.00

Seafood Marinara is another highlight of the Vault Bistro. The pasta is cooked al dente and by using the fresh ingredients, it is simply perfect with the generous coated basil tomato base. I just love it so much with the grilled squids, grilled prawns and mussels together with it.
Price: RM 28.00

Iberico Pork Steak which is the signature dish of Vault Bistro. The dish is a seasonal item as the pork is imported all the way from Europe. It would be good that customer to call Vault Bistro to make their booking/orders to avoid disappointment for their signature Iberico Pork Steak. It is being served with the sides of buttery mashed potato with it. The pork steak is light seasoned, pan fried and then it is being grilled. It is simply juicy and pork-licious.
Price: RM 58.00

Mix Sausage Platter is where there are five types of sausages in it. This includes Italian sausage, spicy Hungarian sausage, Chorizo sausage, and German pepper sausage. All the sausage are freshly made to ensure the freshness of the sausage. The taste of the sausage is amazingly superb. Why not grab the platter and share it with your friends and try all the different flavors of the sausages.
Price: RM 38.00
