Pao Xiang BKT is one of the famous BKT which is located in Kepong and the restaurant had been along with the other bak kut the shop for a long time. The restaurant is located the same row as the Panda Steamboat which I visited recently.

Some of the famous thing here is the Ka Chark which is one of the parts of the pig. The Ka Chark is using the string to tie the meat up and it is simply good and lovely. The item is being served in a small bowl of the soup.

Calling next, is the Tua Kut which is literally translated as Big Bone in other words. The tua Kut is where the big bones are being infused in the soup and the meat is lesser. The delights is well absorbed to the meat and it makes the meat even juicy and tender.

Last but not least, we ordered the Teo Chew BKT which is where the bak kut teh is usually found at the southern part of Malaysia. The bak kut teh which is being prepared are featuring the clear peppery brooth which is different way of preparation from the Teo Chew. We had the single serving of the bak kut teh where you can find the inner parts of the piggy which includes intestine as well as 3 layer pork.
