GARDEN RECIPE, PARADIGM MALL

November 21, 2012 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Review 1 Comment

A new mall with lots of new food outlets. We had visited the Garden Recipe which is located at the same floor as Tesco. The Garden Recipe is a healthy options of meals where their food has no msg, no coloring , no preservative, natural and organic. After a tired shopping in the big Paradigm Mall, we heads for some meals for our dinner of the day. The restaurant is quite packed and their menu is having a variety of choices to choose – from pastry (bread) , Chinese, Western as well as Nasi Lemak also.

We had the Grilled Salmon which is served with Garlic Bread, Healthy salad and a Fruit. The Salmon is being pan fried with the light teriyaki sauce and it is topped with the crunchy garlic bread. the fish is fresh and the combination of the delights is well made and scrumptious.
Taste: 3/5
Price: RM 20.90

Another healthy meal we had is the Salmon Fried Brown Rice where it is being served with Garlic Bread, Healthy salad and a Fruit. The portion is quite a large one and there are a lot of the minced salmon which comes with it. The rice to me will be slightly dry but overall the taste of it is quite good.
Taste: 4/5
Price: RM 13.90

Brown Rice Nasi Lemak Served with Soup and Fruits is a dish which is special. The brown rice healthy combination is being served with chickens, sambals, ikan bilis with peanuts in it. The nasi lemak is then being topped with the sunny egg on top of it and the overall delights really lovely and special.
Taste: 3/5
Price: RM 12.90

Drinks- Apple + Carrot + Tomato + Honey
Taste: 3/5
