ZUAN YUAN CHINESE RESTAURANT, ONE WORLD

As its name suggest, Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant features a treasure trove of gems. Silver leaf ceilings, magnificent chandeliers, ebony doors and artifacts of wine jars complements the décor and cuisine of the restaurant. Besides mooncakes, we are also being served with the chef’s delights. The chef had serves us with a variety of lovely delights to savour our tastebuds besides sampling on the mooncakes. We are craving for the delighting Chinese cuisine for the night.

– Braised Homemade Layered Bean Curd with Shimeji Mushroom and Preserved Vegetable-

To start off, we are served with the Braised Homemade Layered Bean Curd with Shimeji Mushroom and Preserved Vegetable where the servings is very special. The upper layer is topped with the preserved vegetables and what I love the most overall is the soft textures of their homemade beancurd. It’s melts in the mouth easily and The dish is well done with the lovely Shimeji Mushroom with it.

I also had the Honey Glazed Boneless Chicken topped with Crispy Ginger Flakes . The chicken meat is tender with the impressive honey glazed over the minced chicken meat. It is then being deep fried and the taste is marvelous alongside with the crispyn boneless chicken meat and the ginger flakes with it.

– Sauteed Eggplant with Fried Garlic, Dried Shrimp and Basil-

Sauteed Eggplant with Fried Garlic, Dried Shrimp and Basil is one of the chef’s recoomendation where the egg plant is well made and being cook with the fried egg , dried shrimps and basil. The dish is full of basil taste, and for basil lovers it is a recommended dish for you.
Price: RM 25.00

Wok-Fried Ying Yang Rice with Vietnam Crispy Rice, Diced Chicken and Vegetable, a simple yet a delighting meal. The rice is well fried which is not sticky together as well it is served with the tender chicken meat and vegetables together with it. The portion is a large one to shared together.
