RAMADAN BUFFET AT TERAZZA BRASSERIE, THE GRAND DORSETT SUBANG

The Grand Dorsett Subang showcases unlimited wide plethora of local and international cuisine for your dining indulgence throughout the holy month of Ramadhan from 19 July to 17 August 2012. It is indeed the restaurant is offering a wide spectrum of delights not to be missed during the ramadan season.

We start off our delights with the We had been surprised with a large variety of spreads on the buffet where they have a variety of choices like western, Japanese, BBQ and more.

– The Starter Counter-

– The bread-

We started the meals with some starterswhere you can grab a bowl of hot soups, biscuits, apricots and more. The delights are being served with a variety of milky cheese which is indeed irrestible with a lot of choices of artisan bread as well as many other breads as well. Besides that. They also serves butter as well as any other condiments to match up with the bread.

They also have a variety of starters of appetizing small plates of light food and delights to be served together with it. There is some fruits salads as well of some light appetizing salads which is served in cute tiny plates too.

Aside, we have a variety of kerabu being served with the meals as well as ikan bilis, telur ayam masin, kerabu and more which is indeed a great appetizing meal to start off. Besides that, they have porridge as well in their spread.

We then back to the mains where we can see they do served oysters, fresh prawns as well as a large of variety of sushi too.They do also served fresh salmon on the plate too where all the seafood is indeed fresh.There you may find fresh mussels, oyster, prawns and even salmon too.

– The Spicy Curries-

– Some of the Delighting Mains-

Let’s go the mains where the mains are indeed a large variety of the mains to choose on. There are nasi Kerabu, nasi putih as well as a lot of curry to have in their ramadhan delights. This includes some lovely kari ikan, kari ayam, kari lembu and lots more. They do have sambal sotong as well as the selections of udang masak cili, udang butter, bihun goreng and many more. Besides all the cooked delights, they have tempura counter for those who loves deep fried prawns, brinjals and also potato.

Next is their Satay corner where you may enjoy the beef and chicken satay there. Aside, they do serves bbq services for a selection of food like sausages,chicken meat and also crabs.

If you love to have sausages as well as ham and crabs, they do serves bbq crabs, sausages as well. The hotel will help to BBQ and you just wait about 5 minutes to collect the delights.

Not to be in ramadhan will be the lamb. Here they do served lamb as well where the meat is indeed tender and delighting.

If you love the authentic Malay delights, not to be missed is the “Sup Gearbox” which is one of the speciality from the hotel as well.

After the heavy meals, perhaps is time for some desserts too. They do serves a variety of kuih as well as desserts like cakes, puddings, and many more. Aside, they have sago gula Melaka too which is one of my favorites.

– The ice creams-

Besides, pudding and cakes, ice creams to ended my sweet tooth is indeed available too. They is a lot of flavors to choose – mint, chocolate, strawberry, vanilla and many more and may top up with some sweet condiments on top of it.

They also have ice kachang for their buffet spread too and you can a various of condiments to it as well.

Not to forget, they have a variety of fruits to have too in the buffet. They have nangka, watermelon, papaya, as well as dragon fruts and also the seasonal buah langsat too in the buffet.

Special deal for this promotion will be the early bird vouchers available for sale from 1 June – 15 July 2012 with 30% from normal price. In additional, guests are also eligible for a 20% off when dining on the first three days and last three days of the holy month.

The buffet is priced at RM100.00++ per person for dining at Terazza Brasserie with the theme Selera Bonda
