PARADISE DYNASTY , PARADIGM MALL

Paradise Dynasty is a casual dining concept by Paradise Group Holdings that dishes up an affordable selection of northern and southern Chinese cuisine, including a star list of 8 uniquely flavoured Xiao Long Baos and signature pork bone soup La Mian. We do not need to travel a long way down to Singapore to enjoy the delicious savory Xiao Long Bao and now you can have them in Paradigm Mall in Kelana Jaya. Paradise Dynasty is well located and the place is simply beautiful designed with the buddha statue and the place is indeed simply cozy as well.

– The Xiao Long Bao-

– The Ginseng Xiao Long Bao-

We started our meal with the Xiao Long Bao. The Xiao Long Bao is indeed simply special where it comes with different eight different steamed dumpling which is different coloured skin and different flavored soup stuffed within. Original, foie gras, black truffle, crab roe, cheese, ginger, garlic and spicy Szechuan is the varieties of the Xiao Long Bao is available there. There is a procedure to enjoy the xiao long bao where you taste original, ginseng, foie gras, truffle, chessy, crab roe, garlic and then szechuan. The taste is overall is simply good and tasty as well and each of it has a different flavors with it.

The 8 flavours dissected:
1. Original –Where it is really filling with the fresh pork in the soup brooth
2. Ginseng/green – Which appears to be filling with the herbal and ginseng which both of the meat and gingeseng complements well together.
3. Foie Gras/brown – It is indeed a luxury dim sum which is well made and the taste is simpl good as well.
4. Black Truffle/black – The dim sum does have a nice and plush aroma and the delighting taste of the black truffle in it.
5. Cheese/yellow
6. Crab Roe/orange – The crab roe is indeed a good one where it is well made and the taste Is being infused well with the pork and delicated taste of the crab roe.
7. Garlic/grey – The taste is simply fragrant and it has the slight garlic taste with it
8. Szechuan/pink – It is indeed a place which comes with a slightly spicy and there is a touch of chili oil and the Szechuan peppercorn.

Chilled Assorted Eggs Loaf in Yang Zhou Style(三色玛瑙)which highlights the egg varietals in the Chinese cuisine where the cold delights is served with 3 different of eggs which includes normal egg, salted egg and century eggs. The taste is really good and I am indeed loving it the chilling taste of Eggs Loaf in Yang Zhou Style.

The Drunken Chicken here is simply delicious which is where the chicken is well marinated with the fragrant wine taste and it is served cold. The taste is simply good and I love the fragrant wine taste which is well absorbed in the chicken.
Price: RM 16.00

Steamed Tianjin Bun

Steamed Tianjin Buns is indeed a nice dim sums to try on. The delights which is seerved with the soft and delighting dough with the watery filling is indeed a great combination. I am loving the ingridients which it is simply juicy as well.

Another of Paradise Dynasty’s signature dish is the handmade la mian or hand-pulled noodles. We sampled the La Mian with Dried Shrimp and Scallion (开洋葱油拌拉面) is indeed a very tasty la mian. The La Mien is well pulled and the texture is well made as well. It is indeed very soft and springy and it is very fragrant when it is topped with the delicious scallions.

Next in the line, there is the La Mien is La Mian with ‘Dan Dan’ Sauce (四川担担拉面) which is where the flavors is indeed very spicy. The La Mien is indeed good to have and the taste of the Szechuan spiciness in indeed very heavy. I love the spiciness which is from the chili oil and the Szechuan peppercorn.

La Mian with Braised Pork Belly in Signature Pork Bone Soup (红烧扣肉拉面) was good too. The La Mien is well made and the Pork Belly is simply good and flavorful. The La Mien soup which comes with the pork belly is indeed a nice dish to try on and the overall taste where the braised pork belly and the la mien is indeed mix well together.

We also had the La Mian in Signature Pork Bone Soup served with Pan-fried Chicken Chop (香煎鸡扒拉面) which is where the chicken chop is well deep fried till crispiness. The chicken meat is indeed tender and it is indeed a flavourful meal as well. I love the chicken chop as it’s taste is good which the chicken chop is crispy from the outside and tender in the inside.

The Pan-fried Pork Dumpling (无锡鲜肉锅贴) is where the dumpling is well pan fried and the taste is simply flavorful. There is tindeed juicy in the inside and once we had take a bite, the flavorful soup from the dumpling and it’s texture of the dumpling is not too dry as well.

– The Radish Pastry-

Radish Pastry (萝卜丝酥饼) is where the pastry is well wrapped shredded radish in a thick flour crust. The pastry is served hot and the taste is good too.

If you would like to have some traditonal meals, they do serves as well. The Braised Pork Belly is indeed good as well. The pork belly (外婆红烧肉)is not too oily indeed in the textures and it is simply good and delighting as well where the pork are being cutted in cubes and it is being marinated with the red wine. The taste is overall giving the taste of the richer fragrance and the fat further to give the pork that tender “melt-in-your-mouth” texture

– Scrambled Egg White with Fish and Dried Scallop (瑶柱芙蓉赛螃蟹) –

Another famous item in Paradise Dynansty will be the Scrambled Egg White with Fish and Dried Scallop (瑶柱芙蓉赛螃蟹) which is well made and the taste is simply delicioius. The egg is being steamed with the fish and the dried scallops creates a nice taste aroma and the taste is alike having crab in my mouth.

Deep-fried Diced Chicken in Szechuan Style (四川辣子鸡丁) is indeed good. The chicken is being cutted in diced and well fried till crispiness with the peppercorn added with it. I love the crispiness and the slight spiciness of the chicken which works well as a snack as well too.

Sautéed French Bean with Minced Pork (肉碎干煸四季豆) nothing to shout out about this as it is a normal vegetable to dine together with our meals.
Price: RM 16.00

Too much main course? Now we are heading to desserts. Pan-fried Pumpkin Pastry (香煎南瓜饼) is a lovely meal indeed where it is served with the fragrant flavors of pastry as well.The taste is springy as well and there is a very nice fragreant taste of the pumplin.
Price: RM 6.90 (3 pcs)

Next is the Pan-fried Pancake with Red Bean Paste (香煎豆沙锅饼) is served hot with the fragrant red bean with it. The taste is indeed good where it is crispy in the outside and in the inside is hot and full of aroma. As I am not the fans of red bean, I still fall in love with it too.

Soufflé Egg White Balls stuffed with Red Bean and Banana(高丽豆沙)
Price: RM 8.00 (3 pcs)

Chilled Almond Pudding(杏仁豆腐)is indeed nice to have for almond lovers. The jelly is smooth and it is full of the almond taste with it.
Price: RM 6.80

Glutinous Rice Ball topped with Grated Nut(擂沙汤丸) is one of my favorites as the grated nut is indeed full of the fragrance of the nut and its glutinious rice is chewy as well. I love it so much.
