SANTOUKA: HOKKAIDO RAMEN, TOKYO STREET PAVILION

March 22, 2012 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Review 2 Comments

Tokyo Street is one of the hottest topic which is been talking ever since it is opened. Tokyo Street in Pavillion is famous in KL now with 32 new outlets of Japanese themed products, restaurants and more. This time during my weekend, we headed to try one of the restaurants by the name of Hokkaido Santouka Ramen, the famous ramen chain hailed from Hokkaido.

We had made an order of Sake & Ikura Gohan. The dish is well made with the grilled salmon and the salmon roe. It is served ontop of the rice.
Taste: 5/5
Price: RM 14.00

– The Set-

– The Spicy Char Siew Rice-

We also ordered their signatures which is their set meal. We had a small ramen which comes with a small Ramen and Spicy Carsiew and a bamboo shoot rice. The set also comes with a chawanmushi as well as a drink with it. The meal mix quite well where you can have the ramen first and after you complete the ramen, you can use the soup and pour your rice to served with the soup. The meal is simply authentic and mouth watering. The ramen is also wellserved which i felt I will go again for the second round.
Taste: 4/5
Price: RM 33.00

We also make an additional of Chawanmushi where the bowl of the chawanmushi is smooth in texture and simply melts in the mouth. Big Thumbs up for this.
Taste: 5/5
Price: RM 6.00
