DING TAI FUNG, MID VALLEY

Ding Tai Fung Mid Valley had provided us with a new face to their customer. The shop is listed for the award winning “xiu long bao”. Customers are started to line up and getting numbers to dine during the lunch hours and their business is so good.

Spicy Jelly Fish is one of the famous delights in Ding Tai Fung. It is listed as one of the best seller and jelly fish is imported from Taiwan itself. The jelly fish is indeed a cold and sour appetizer dish.

Xiao Long Bao is a award winning delights in Ding Tai Fung. The little bao is served hot with a juicy and sweet filling. It is swevrd with shredded ginger and black vineger. It is very nice when you put the whole Xiao Long Bao as the juicy meat taste will flow in your mouth with a bite.

Shrimp Pork Dumpling is where the serving is similar to Xiao Long Bao except there is an extra shrimp filling in it.
Taste: 4/5
Price: RM10.80

Shrimp Pork Wanton La Mien is where the La Mien is served with dumplings of combination shrimp and pork. The La Mien is smooth as well
Taste: 3/5
Price: RM 15.00

Shrimp Fried Rice is extremely fragant with the egg smell and served with big prawns
Taste: 3/5
