Thean Chun which is named The HOUSE of MIRRORS is one of a MUST when you are in Ipoh and they are definately Ipoh hall of fame of restaurant. The original old-style interior to the remarkable food tastes of Ipoh aside the famous dim sum of Ipoh.

Satay here is unique as they serve offal satay as well the normal chicken and pork varieties. They will drop it on your table and you can eat alll you can. You do not need to finish the whole bunch but when you surrender let him know and they charge you according to how many satay sticks you have eaten

Price: RM 0.60/stick

The original Ipoh Ho Fun is where you can get from here. The hor fan is silky and served with shredded chicken, and prawns in a delicious sweet soup. The taste is really far superior.

Price: RM 3.50

Chee cheung fan here is slightkly different from Penang. The chee cheung fan is not served with prawn paste but I can find also green chilly on it. The chee cheung fan is smooth and delicious.

Price: RM 3.20

The custard is very nice which is wobbly, eggy and slippery smooth and served with brown sugar syrup.
