Aun Kheng Lim Salt Baked Chicken is one of the famous and nice salt baked chicken. This shop is located in 24, Kalan Theatre and is open daily from 10 am – 7 pm .. not too sure on when the days off of this shop. The chicken they used to baked is kampung chicken and are rubbed with salt and pepper and silvers of angelica root are inserted to the cavit. The chicken are them wrapped in greaseproof paper and baked for 40 minutes.
The chicken is tender and is very nice.. very oishi. RM 15 per bird only .
