Or Chien or called as Fried Oyster.. is also one of the hawkers delights in Penang.. There are few places where u can get Or Chien.. but different places have different types on how they fried them wif egg and starch.. and my family love a few places. One of it, is at Swatao Lane.. where they fried them wif not too much if egg and starch that makes it taste nicer.. so is a bit different. It is quite nice.. is only sell on the afternoon to early evening..
