Throughout the holy month, many hotels are having the ramadhan buffet and not to be missed is the Pearl International Hotel is also highlighting a widespread of Berbuka Puasa with the all- time nostalgic favorites. The Café 5 is where you can have an enjoyable ramadhan favorites which is served by their Executive Sous Chef Noor Hisham with his dedicated crew of cooks showcasing their expertise as you enjoy their culinary creations. In here, you may get a taste of everything as the buffet spread comprises a large variety of Malaysian favorites reminiscent of the traditional cooking.

To start of our meal, why not having some kurma as an appetizers so that we may have an enjoyable delights after having the kurma. It is indeed a good one to have it after a long their of puasa.

Then, we starts off with their special palate which is the Aneka Kerabu. There have the salad station which includes the Kerabu Manhha Muda, Kerabu Batik Muda, Kerabu Betik Muda, Tauhu Sumbat, Acar Jelateh, Jeruk Betil, Acar Rampai dan Nasi Ulam, Sambal nenas, Jeruk Salak, Jeruk Kedondong, ssorted local salted fish-gelama, bulu ayam, kurau, sepat, tenggiri, talang, kembong, perkasam, terubok, assorted cracker, ulam raja, daun pengaga, jantung pisang, kacang botol, kacang panjang, petai, jering, terung pipit, cincaluk, budu, sambal nenas, tempoyak and many more.

- Daging Salai Percik-

Besides having the appetizers, there is a large variety of main course selection as well and the menu is daily rotated with the weekluy menu. The menu comprises Steamed white rice, Nasi Minyak Badam, Ayam Masak Merah, Daging Salai Percik, Ikan Pari Assam Pedas, Sotong Lemak CIli Padi, Steamed Egg, Sauteed Kailan with Mushroom, Kacang Panjang Goreng Tempeh, Nasi Beriani Gam, Ayam Goreng Berempah, Daging Beriani Batu Pahat, Ikan Bakar Tepian Tebrau, Rendang Kupang Melaka, Telur Dadar Tegal, Loh Han Chai Vegetable, Dhalca Kambing, Nasi Tomato, Ayam Percik Kelantan, Kambing Vindaloo, Ikan Goreng Masam Manis, Lala Masak Sambal, Egg Fu Yong, Mixed Vegetable, Sayur Lodeh. The dishes are wll made and it is indeed a nice and delighting one to enjoy with families as well.

Ayam Golek

Aside fro the main course selections, there is also Signature Action Counter and Stalls which offers a wide medley of favourites such as Pearl’s signature Harissa marinated whole lamb, Ayam Golek Madu with barbeque, pepper, mushroom, and mint sauce. As for GRILL SELECTIONS- Chicken wings, Chicken drumsticks, Beef, Squid and Marinated Fish, Arabic marinated whole lamb, Gulai Kawah Pak Long, Gulai Kambing and Gulai Daging, Lemang and ketupat with chicken, beef floss. The dishes is indeed awesome which the fresh delights and the tender meat as well.

Not to be missed is their LIVE HAWKER STALL with many all-time favourites like Mee Rebus with condiments, Popiah Basah with condiments, Roti Canai/murtabak, Roti Jala with chicken curry, Ipoh Chicken Rice with condiment, Chicken Sharwarma with pita bread Beef and chicken satay with nasi impit, cucumber, onion and peanut sauce. They also have the delighting flavorful Johor Laksa to be served as well. I am indeed love that very much as well.

Why not we end our meals with the Sweet Delights to enjoy the splendid desserts. Try their Chocolate brownies, fruit tart, peanut butter mousse, raspberry mousse, mocha walnut cake, eclair, chocolate donut, assorted jellies, assorted Malay kuih, kerepek ubi, tapai pulut, tapai ubi, bread butter pudding. Aside that, there is a delights with a sweet notes which includes local sweets Red Bean, durian, sweet corn, mango, yam ice kacang and lai chi kang, selection of tropical fruit.
