RESTAURANT FRASER HILL, KEPONG

Posted by: StrawberrY Gal , March 20, 2011
RESTAURANT FRASER HILL, KEPONG

Restaurant Fraser Hill which is located in Kepong just a few blocks from the famous Bak Kua shop. The shop is said to be serving Thai Cuisine but I supposed I not find one inside. The shop is HALAL for sure where we saw the Halal Sign there and most of the employees are Malay. So, we are served with good manner and we asked the waitress what are the recommendations. He pointed out is Nasi Lemak and Char Koay Teow. Without hesitation, we had make an order. The meal can be upgraded by adding RM 1 for a Chendol which are selling at RM 2.80. RM 1 for a chendol, and we make an order with the chendol together.

RESTAURANT FRASER HILL, KEPONG

Chendol which is totally not my choice and I had banned them. It is served with too much coconut milk and as for ingridients, will be brown sugar, red bean and shaved ice. The chendol is yucks where after one spoon of it, I could hardly continue to have the second one.
Taste: 0/5
Price: RM 1 ( usual; RM 2.80)

The char Koay Teow which is said to be famous is indeed a failure as well. The char koy teow is fried with “ham and minced chicken. The combination was quite weird and there is not even a single prawn I can find inside the dish. Gosh… and its my first tine having char koay teow with chicken meat.
Taste: 0/5
Price: RM 4.50

Sambal Sotong Nasi Lemak is where it is served with coconut rice, sambal sotong and some ikan bilis. The food is not really delighting and we cant even taste the taste of the coconut rice. Other than that, the ikan bilis is over fried.
Taste : 0/5
Price: RM 5.90

wow.. would love to try especially the chendol and char kuay teow.. yummy..

anyway, hope the service would be good.. had a bad experience in Aishwarya restaurant in Bangsar. Waiters were rude, food didnt arrive after 4 minutes of wait and despite of few reminders. Complaint to the owner, that lady coolly said things went out of control today, cant do anything. Can you believe it??

still cant imagine our malaysian attitude. caution reminder, do not patronize the restaurant, end up feeling frustrated!
