SHEN LOONG BAK KUT TEH, 1 BORNEO

The Restaurant was established to help promote and spread awareness the wonders of crocodile meat as a local delicacy. The meat is sourced from their own farm and only from juvenile crocodiles that are fed an optimum diet (vs. wild captured mature crocodiles), our meat are especially tender and fresh. The named of the Restaurant is come from the name of the Kinabalu Mountain which is the name Shen and for the Loong are origins of the word Dinosaur. The crocodile was being categorized from the worked id Dinosaur family. The hop is mainly specializing on the crocodile meat and it us one of the specialties in Sandakan.



Prawn Bak Kut Teh– the traditional Bak Kut Teh served with prawns and the soup is full of ginger and black pepper.
