A deserted place which is covered with hills had made us indulged with supreme delighting temptating jewels of the island. What is that? Is the Penang Asam Laksa. The location is simply hard to find, beneath the hills we found the home cook asam laksa.

The home cook asam laksa is located along Balik Pulau which is operated my a lady and a small kid. The asam laksa here is really a mystery style of cooking which is not using gas but charcoal. The way of cooking it is not serving the soup hot but not to brittle the fish quality. The fish is still maintaining at the high nice quality.

The soup is not too much sour but the taste is simply delighting and a thumb thumb up. Having the superb combination with the nutmeg juice and lime juice, the meal makes simply a great combination. Simply love the taste of it.
