VIETTHAI @ TTDI

December 15, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

VietThai creates the easygoing, modernistic and light atmosphere for the moments where people switch from office to bistro. From meeting to eating. Where business and family dining becomes a leisure to savour. VietThai is indeed a great place for a casual meals where you can enjoy with family and friends in the cozy environment.
Viet Thai Special Combo (RM 39)
For first timer who visited Viet Thai, take your chance to enjoy the two-tier combo set which is filled with the fried wanton, butter garlic chicken wing, Vietnam spring roll, mango salad, and also the hot and sour chicken feet. Taste the 5 signatures of Viet Thai in at one go. The dish indeed well made and I am impressed with the butter garlic chicken wing, Vietnam spring roll and the mango salad.
Grilled Lemongrass Chicken Chop (RM 28 )
Imbued with the fragrance and flavours of lemongrass, it is indeed a delicious one to go for.  The lemongrass is well infused in the chicken making the taste simply aromatic and good. I am indeed impressed with how it is done  and every mouthful of the lemongrass chicken comes awesomely good with the hint of lemongrass in it. Chicken meat remains tender and juicy.
Clams in Fresh Coconut Broth Pot (RM 32)
The wholesome pot of soupy delights filled with their clam in the delicious fresh coconut broth scores a good marks from me. I love how they made where VietThai uses the fresh coconut, lemon grasss and kaffir leaf.  Served together with the fresh clams with it. The bowl of the broth pot comes uniquely good with the fragrant blend of the lemongrass. Nicely done. The dish is available in limited quantity and prefer to make your reservation for the delights,
Seafood Tom Yum Pot (RM 33)
Using the premium ingredients, don’t miss the spicy sensation here in VietThai. Using the premium ingredients and fresh water prawns, the popular thai dish is packed with herbs and spices. It brings you with the light kick of spiciness in it.

Thai Style Lamb Rack (RM 48)
The twist of Thai and Western, I am pretty amazed with what it is being served. The lovely lamb rack is being cooked till perfection, topped with the creamy green curry paste. Amazingly good with no greasy nor gamy taste in it.
Mango Yoghurt with Ice Cream (RM 16 )
Ends your meal with some desserts. Refreshing yoghurt with mango cubes on top. Nice
Lychee Smash : RM 15
