COCONUT HOUSE, JAYA ONE

Coconut House had started their business with its long history where the restaurant where the restaurant originated all the way in Malacca and then it move to Pudu (closed) and now they have their outlet finally settled at Jaya One. The restaurant is complete with the rubber wood-fire pizza as well as the perfectly cozy environment. The non-halal restaurant brings us with a whole list of their signatures to sample.

Slow Roasted Pork Shoulder, one of the signatures in Coconut House is well served on the table. The taste is really good with the tender and juicy meat. The fat is well melted and blended with the herbs and spices and it is just nice. The pork shoulder is roasted till half cooked, then marinated with fennel seeds, olive oils, lemon juice, garlic and dry chilies and it is then being left overnight in the oven with the slow rubber wood fire roasting the pork till it is fully cook.

Next we had the Pork Herbs Burger. The pork burger is being served with their homemade Focaccia Bun, Mozzarella and Marinara. The pork burger is simply juicy with the scent of the herbs in it. It is simply pork-licious with the herbs which is well absorbs in the pork itself.
Price: RM 9.90

Coming next is the Lemon and Rosemary Chicken is perfectly well prepared. The Rosemary Marinated Chicken Breast is cooked with butter, garlic, fresh lemon juice as well as the Italian Parsley. The chicken meat is simply tender and there is a light soury taste of lemon in it.

Penne with Italian Sausage (Pork) is one of the signature items too in the shop. Served with red Onion, Chili Flakes, Tomato, Homemade Italian Sausage, Rosemary, Whipping Cream and Parmesan, the sausage is simply juicy and tender and it makes a great match if served together with bear.

Fruitti de Fruit is another vegetarian dish which is being served. The thin crust pizza is a special pizza where it is being topped with the seasonal fruits available on that day. The pizza is being prepared in the rubber wood-fire pizza which gives a sweet taste of pizza. It is a great dish to share among friends when you are at the Coconut House.

The company of mushroom pizza is my favorites. A few types of mushrooms are being added with thyme, mozzarella, and parmasen cheese is being prepared in the rubber wood-fire pizza. T

If you are a pork fans, Meatball Spaghetti is another item where you may consider to grab to try. The meatball is made with the minced porks, fresh herbs, mushroom and bacon together. It is then being served the spaghetti with the Marinara Sauce together with it.Each bites of the meatballs are simply juicy which I totally fall in love with.

We also had their Signature Pork Chop with Gogonzola Sauce. The pork chop is oven roasted and it is being served together with the Gorgonzola, Parmesan, Cream, White Wine and Italian Parsley. The juicy and tender pork chop is well mix with the Gogonzola Sauce and the dish is simply superb.

Stewed Lamb Shoulder is well made with the juicy and yet fragrant meat. The lamb shoulder is being stewed together with the Rosemary, Tomato, Capsicum as well as Onions together with it.
Price: RM 23.90

Veal Scallopini is where the meat of the young cattle is thinly sliced and it being cooked together with Prosciutto and the white wine cream sauce. The meat is simply tender and brings the umph of juiciness beneath. It is really a great dish to dine in Coconut House .

We ended our meal with some sweet delights. Started off with the Ricotta Cheese Cake which had captured my heart with a bite? The ricotta cheese, eng with the blend of lemon juice is mix together to blend the delectable light soury cake. It is being baked with the woodfire oven which makes the cake taste even good and delicious.

Baked Pear with Red Wine is another item not to be missed with the baked pear is being infused with the red wine, lemon rind and vanilla. It is served together with a scope of ice cream which is even more delicious and superb

Baked Coffee Mousse is where baked coffee is simply good and delicious with the aromatic smells from the coffee itself and it is being added with the blend of chocolate and milk. Then it is being topped with a scoop of ice cream.
Price: RM 5.50

Torta caprese is a traditional Italian chocolate and almond or walnut cake. It is made without flour and it is really good with the thick creamy chocolate blend with it.
