Four Points by Sheraton Chinatown: Great Location, Nice Vibes

June 30, 2023 by StrawberrY Gal

Four Points by Sheraton Chinatown, which opened in 2019, offers a visually appealing experience from the moment you arrive. The hotel’s entrance welcomes guests with a brightly lit ceiling, creating an inviting ambiance. Upon arrival, guests are directed to the lobby located on the 7th floor. The lobby of Four Points by Sheraton Chinatown is designed with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, allowing natural light to illuminate the space and providing guests with panoramic views. The lobby area is complemented by the entrance to the hotel’s restaurant, which is situated on the 8th floor. This arrangement not only adds convenience for guests but also offers a sense of anticipation for the culinary delights that await.

The hotel takes inspiration from Chinese culture and incorporates Chinese-inspired decor throughout its interiors. This design choice allows the hotel to seamlessly blend with its surroundings and pays homage to the vibrant and rich heritage of Chinatown. Whether it’s through traditional artwork, intricate motifs, or architectural elements, the Chinese influence can be observed throughout the hotel’s interior spaces.

The Room

For rooms, Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, Chinatown features a total of 318 appointed guestrooms, all well-equipped with amenities you need for a home away from home stay.  7 types of rooms to choose from, namely Deluxe King Room, Deluxe Twin Room, Premier King Room, Premium Twin Room, Premier Downtown King Room, Premium Downtown Twin Room, and Premier Suite.

Walking to the room, we are greeted with the beautiful skyline view of KL City. And also the beautiful art piece in the room with the Malaysian influenced init.

At Four Points by Sheraton Chinatown, comfort and convenience extend to the guest rooms and amenities. The bedding provided in the rooms is designed to offer a comfortable and relaxing sleep experience, ensuring guests wake up refreshed and rejuvenated.

The shower facilities in the hotel rooms feature instant hot water, allowing guests to enjoy a relaxing and invigorating shower whenever they desire. The shower is equipped with both a rain head and a hand-held nozzle, providing flexibility and options for different preferences. The option to switch the water stream to massage mode adds an extra touch of luxury, particularly beneficial for relieving tension in the shoulders.

In line with sustainability efforts, Four Points by Sheraton Chinatown has taken steps to minimize the use of single-use plastic containers. Instead of providing individual single-use containers for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, the hotel offers large refillable pumps in the shower area. This eco-friendly approach helps reduce waste and contributes to a more sustainable stay.

While the hotel has made efforts to reduce plastic waste, it’s worth noting that water still comes in plastic bottles. To further contribute to sustainability efforts, guests are encouraged to bring their own water bottle and refill it in the hotel’s gymnasium. The gymnasium is accessible 24/7 with a room key, allowing guests to have access to water for hydration at any time while minimizing plastic waste.

FOOD

One also can enjoy the delicious breakfast at Quan where they offer a good spread of buffet that definitely makes your day. They have the delicious morning breakfast buffet and also their tantalizikng weekend buffet to tempt you.
