FALLING IN LOVE WITH TAIPEI 101

After the meal, we took a bus to Taipei 101 which is one of a MUST visit tourist attraction. The place is indeed very beautiful and you can see some attractions nearby the Taipei 101.

 

Taipei 101 (Chinese: 台北101 / 臺北101), formerly known as the Taipei World Financial Center, is a landmark skyscraper located in Xinyi District, Taipei, Taiwan. The building ranked officially as the world’s tallest from 2004 until the opening of the Burj Khalifa in Dubai in 2010. In July 2011, the building was awarded LEED Platinum certification, the highest award in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating system and became the tallest and largest green building in the world.

Do you spot this in Taipei 101. Taipei (Taiwan) showing love to you and around the area you can see sculptures which shows caring and love around the mall.

It is alike Malaysian KLCC where they do sells a lot of branded items like Gucci, LV, and a lot mall. If you love to get branded stuff, here is one of the place where they do have a large variety of it.

Here we are up at the observary but we did not went in to experience the deck as it is very packed with tourist that day. As so, we gave up and just walk around and we spotted the mascot for the Taipei 101.

Charges: NT$400 for adults, NT$370 for kids under 12

To go there:

1. Take the THSR to Taipei Station, continue by MRT to Taipei City Hall Station.

2. Take the train to Taipei Railway Station, continue by MRT to Taipei City Hall Station.
