From January 2 to February 12, 2025, indulge in festive delicacies that blend Cantonese tradition with modern flair. Featuring Yee Sang specialties, sumptuous 8-course Prosperity Set Menus, and an array of delightful Dim Sum creations, the restaurant offers a celebration of flavors perfect for the seaso

Under the guidance of Executive Chinese Chef Thye Yoon Kong, three 8-course Prosperity Set Menus have been carefully curated to symbolize abundance and joy. These menus are ideal for both intimate family reunions and grand corporate gatherings, showcasing the finest ingredients and culinary craftsmanship.

The Seasons of Harmony Set – RM2,888++ (for 10 persons)

Yee Sang with Sliced Norwegian Salmon and Crispy Fish Skin (三文鱼脆鱼皮捞生)

We started off with the toss for a great year ahead. Begin the feast with a vibrant Yee Sang, combining the luscious, buttery richness of Norwegian salmon slices with the light, airy crunch of crispy fish skin. A medley of fresh vegetables, pickled condiments, and flavorful sauces adds layers of sweetness, tang, and umami, making every toss of this dish a wish for abundance and prosperity.

Double-Boiled Chicken Soup with Brazilian Mushroom, Conpoy, and Sea Cucumber (姬松茸干贝海参炖鸡汤)

Enjoy the warm, comforting soup brimming with depth and nourishment. The Brazilian mushroom lends earthy undertones, while the conpoy (dried scallops) infuse the soup with a subtle sweetness. The addition of tender sea cucumber enhances the dish with its unique texture and a hint of marine flavor, creating a harmonious and deeply satisfying experience.

Poached Red Star Grouper Fillet in Superior Soy Sauce (冲浪泡红星斑)

The Red Star Grouper fillet is expertly poached to retain its delicate, flaky texture. Served in a superior soy sauce infused with aromatic herbs, this dish is a testament to the chef’s mastery in balancing simplicity and sophistication. Each bite is a celebration of the grouper’s natural sweetness, elevated by the savory and slightly smoky notes of the sauce.

Signature Baked Iberico Spare Ribs (烤金牌西班牙排骨)

As for the Iberico spare ribs, they  are baked to perfection, achieving a tender and juicy interior while the exterior boasts a caramelized glaze. The ribs are marinated with a blend of spices and herbs that highlight the rich, nutty flavor of the Iberico pork, making them a standout highlight of the menu.

Wok-Fried Sea Prawn with Spicy Sauce and Fried Mantou (辣子大明虾)

Love these delicious fresh Juicy, succulent sea prawns are wok-fried to perfection and coated in a spicy, flavorful sauce that tantalizes the taste buds. Paired with crispy fried mantou buns, the dish offers a delightful contrast of textures—crunchy on the outside and soft, fluffy bread to soak up the delicious sauce.

Braised Sha Jing Oyster with Black Moss, Mushroom, and Napa Cabbage (沙井蚝发菜冬菇扒津白)

This traditional dish brings a rich, umami-filled experience to the table. The Sha Jing oysters are slow-braised to retain their tender, creamy texture, complemented by earthy mushrooms and the light crunch of Napa cabbage. Black moss, a symbol of wealth, adds a touch of auspiciousness to this flavorful and hearty dish.

Tradition al Chinese Waxed Meat Claypot Rice (古法沙煲腊味饭)

Love their perfectly steamed rice infused with the robust flavors of traditional Chinese waxed meats. The claypot cooking method enhances the dish, creating crispy edges of rice that provide a satisfying texture, while the meats lend a savory, smoky richness to every bite.

Crispy Yam Nian Gao and Chilled Black Herbal Jelly with Ginseng Syrup (香芋炸年糕 & 参糖龟苓膏)

Conclude your meal with the delightful pairing of crispy yam Nian Gao and chilled black herbal jelly. The Nian Gao features a soft, chewy center encased in a crispy yam coating, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and texture. The herbal jelly, infused with ginseng syrup, provides a refreshing and slightly bitter-sweet finish, leaving you both satisfied and rejuvenated.
