As the festive season unfolds, Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, City Centre, warmly welcomes guests to indulge in a cultural extravaganza at The Mesh. Initiating the year with fervor, the all-day dining restaurant takes center stage with a feast deeply rooted in local traditions, invoking a sense of familial warmth in a traditional setting.

Nostalgia Desa Buffet: A Culinary Journey through Memories

Nostalgia Desa buffet, a culinary voyage curated for the festive season, invites Malaysians to reconnect with cherished memories from the past. The Mesh offers an immersive and nostalgic dining experience, featuring over 60 delectable dishes, including live stations, that showcase the authentic flavors of ‘masakan desa’ or village cuisine. The native chefs at The Mesh have passionately crafted a menu that highlights the essence of traditional Malaysian culinary delights.

Culinary Highlights

The Nostalgia Desa buffet spread at The Mesh promises a delightful journey for the taste buds, featuring chef’s highlights such as Sup Gear Box Raja, Bubur Lambuk, Dulang Kampung classics, Nasi Apollo, Kambing Golek, and Mee Tonggek, among other beloved classics. These dishes are a testament to the culinary flair and individual memories that inspire the chefs, creating a showcase of delicacies close to the heart.

Don’t miss out their Ketam Bunga Berlada, Gulai Lemak Kuning Udang Nenas, Tumis Kupang Ulam Sauce, Char Koay Teow, Rojak Pasembur Mamu Penang, Sambal Tumis Bilis Petai, Talapia Goreng Tradisi,Satay Kandar Bumbu Desa,  Pajeri Terung Nenas Kelapa Sengai, Lemak Ciki Api Teluk Itik, Mini Spring Rolls, Lekor Padang and many more.

Other than that, they do offer  a variety choices of Kerabu such as the Kerabu Pucuk Paku Kelapa Sungai,Kerabu Jantung Pisang Herba Asli, Som Tam Udang Kering to name a view.


Must try is also their Roti Jon and many more.

As for desserts, sample their wide variety of awesomelicious desserts from the Cream Caramel, Ipoh Crème Brulee, Sago Gula Melaka, Red Bean Swiss Roll, Baked Cheese Tarts to name a few. I am loving their Pulut Mana Bersatan and their Assorted Malay Kuih which is a double thumbs up.
