To kick-start the celebration, diners can enjoy a scrumptious Weekday Ho-ho Cheer Lunch to get into the festive mood. Amongst the signature dishes offered throughout this festive season is the classic Roasted Turkey, brined and slow roasted to perfection for almost two hours, served with Brussels sprout, dried fruit stuffing buttered chestnuts, cranberry-orange compote and giblet gravy. For beef eaters, you are in for a treat with Chef’s speciality dish of the season, the Swedish style Wagyu Beef meat balls.
