Hotpot Kitchen @ Sunway Pyramid

At times, I always love to go for some hotpot but not the usual hotpot place. And this time, we are back to Hotpot Kitchen as we are craving some spicy delights. The Hotpot Kitchen offers you with the new concept of dining.

Not those in pot and cooked hot, this is a bit different. The Hotpot Kitchen revamped their renowned sauces and flavours so one can enjoy the Si Chuan delights that suits Malaysian’s tastebuds.

For those who are not aware, Hotpot Kitchen us using the variety ingredients to ensure you are enjoy the delighting hotpot. You can have them  with the stir-fried version where you can choose your choice of ingredients and then they will cook them from you!


How does it work? 

It is simple

Choose your choice of vegetables and meat. Put your meat and vegetables into different bowl as they will weight them separately. They have over 60 choices of selections to choose from, where you can grab fresh vegetables and smoked meat, shoulder loin, pork belly, fish, chicken meat, beef, prawns, squids, clams and more.


(Price: RM5.99/ 100g (Meat), RM 3.99/100g (Vegetables)


2. Choose your favourite flavours that’s suits your taste buds and they have 4 variety choices of flavours – Unique Platter (non-spicy), Spicy Fragrant, Spicy Dynamic, Spicy X’treme.

3. At the counter where your ingredients are weight and calculate according to digital scale, showing the amount before making your payment.

 A buzzer is allocated to you while they cook. The buzzer will ring when your food is ready, and you can collect your food at the counter.


And in here, you can choose which is your favourite pick. The flavours are really good and for those who love the spicy sensation, you can go for their Si Chuan Spicy Version that will definitely give you the right kick of sensation.

Not just that, one can also enjoy the variety of ala-carte dishes as well.

Crispy Enoki with Belly Pork (RM 10.90)

The Enoki is perfectly wrapped till perfection and then it is deep fried till golden brown. It makes the overall delights complete with the crispiness and every mouthful is so good.

Crispy Sotong & Baby Octopus (RM 12)

Don’t miss out the Crispy Sotong and Baby Octopus.The  sotong and the octopus comes simply fresh and juicy. Perfectly fried, they are really addictively good and delicious. A nice snacks to go for !

Mala Dumpling (RM 9.90|6 pcs) 

For fans of mala, go for their mala dumpling. The burning spicy sensation  is there and it is superbly awesome.
