GOKU RAKU RAMEN, PARADIGM MALL

October 23, 2012 by StrawberrY Gal

– The Shop-

– The Interior View-

Are you a fans of ramen? If yes, you should have a visit the Gakuraku Ramen for their awesome Ramen delights. The ramen which is being introduced is to the “Horikiri Style” ramen which is discovered by oted Ramen connoisseur, Mr. Teruhisa Shimizu. The unique style meshes well with the palatable pork, chicken and fish mixed broth, as well as the Shio (salt) and Shoyu (Japanese soy sauce) soup base made especially by the chef. This round, we are glad to be invited for a review for Gakuraku Ramen which is bringing a great taste of the brooth and noodles.

– The Large Size of the Ultimate Ramen-

– The Small Size of the Ultimate Ramen-

We started with the Ultimate Ramen which is one of the signature ramen in Goku Raku Ramen. The ramen is being served with the Tonkotsu Broth Noodles topped with Char Siew, Flavoured Egg, Black Fungus, Spring Onion, Leek, Bamboo Shoot, Seaweed and Fragrant Garlic Oil.The ramen brooth is simply delicious and it is said that the base of the brooth is being cooked for 13-17 hours and it is cooked with the fresh ingredients from the piggy base. The broth is also available Tonkotsu Soup,Shoyu Tonkotsu Soup or Miso Tonkotsu Soup. And as for the sizes, they cater two different sizes which is Large and Small where the difference is on the noodles and ingredients where the large one will be serving in 1.5 size of the usual noodles. I am loving the silky noodles and the appetizing broth which is being served together with it.
Price: RM 21.90 ( Large) / RM 16.90 (Small)

The brooth are being boiled for 3 days and it is served with the egg on top.

Buta Katsu is one of the snacks which is being served. The delighting deep fried pork chop is being served with their special egg sauce. The delights of the pork chop is appetizing with the juicy and tender meat in the inside and crispy at the outside. I just love it so much and it is taste good even without dipping in the special egg sauce.
