Cedar On 15 @ Impiana KLCC introducing their NEW Lunch Menu

November 2, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

Cedar On 15 is indeed a place which is just perfect to go for if you are looking for a contemporary city-view restaurant and bar. The restaurant brings you with the beautiful interior and one of the talk about restaurant in town where you can grab the view of the Kuala Lumpur Skyline.

The interior which comes unique where they come with the U-shaped bar and well-appointed dining area brings you with the modern and yet elegant space with the panoramic view of the city’s skyline while soothing sounds from a classy instrumental trio plays in the background.

And this time, you can look forward to sample the delicious meal from their NEW and talented German Chef Romano Kreutz at Cedar on 15. Kreutz is regarded by many as a highly efficient and exceptionally talented Executive Sous Chef with over 10 years of experience in management and food preparation services for renowned international restaurants and resorts such as Europe’s Luxury Hotel Group, The Kempinski Hotels. He also leads the operation team at Mövenpick Hotel in Africa. The innovative yet vibrant menus, along with the high-quality food that Kreutz constantly produces has captivated the hearts of all his diners. When dining at Cedar on 15, expect to have a great dining experience as Kreutz specializes in a fusion of German, Thai, Japanese, Arabic, Western and Chinese dishes.

Appetizer a ‘la Nicoise (RM 33)
And we started off with their Appetizer a ‘la Nicoise (RM 33). Enjoy the delicious sous vide tuna add 40 degrees. The tuna comes perfect to my expectation with the melts is the mouth sensation. It is just perfect and sides with the snow pea confit potatoes dried olives, tomatoes & tarragon crème. Just perfect to start off our meal of the day.

Rich Fish Broth  (RM 38)
Next is the Rich Fish Broth which is one of the signature here. Love the light flavour soup which is perfectly infused with the lemongrass and serve with the cod fish and vegetables together with the gyoza dumplings and dill. The flavours are so indulging and every mouthful brings up the overall taste of the dish itself.

Sous Vide Beef Roulade (RM 45)
For beef lover, you could try their NEW addition where the beef roulade is being sous vide till perfection leaving you with the moist texture in it the inside. It is then served with the rich jus sauce, buttered green beans and boiled potatoes.

Chicken Curry Sausage (RM 58)
With the home made sausage made in house by the chef, it is just addictively good. The sausage is burst with the light spiciness and sides with the curry sauce and crispy French fries.

Honey Bee Cake (RM 32)
Ends your meal with the Honey Bee Cake where the cake comes fluffy and moist. Sides with the apricot sorbet, crunchy almonds and vanilla Crème

Overall the food here comes simply appetizing and delicious which had captured my attention. For dining inquiries and reservations, please call 03-2147 1111
