Grand Imperial Seafood Hotpot & BBQ @ Pavilion Elite Kuala Lumpur

December 5, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Grand Imperial Restaurat which is famed for their banquet recently opened another brand which is  the Grand Imperial Seafood Hotpot & BBQ in Pavilion Elite recently.
Famed for their banquet dinner, their hotpot did not disappointed us for sure. They have cosy ambiance and also private rooms to cater for big crowds as well.
Lala”Soup with Basil Leaf (RM 38.50)
Thick Chicken Soup with Fish Maw & Kampung Chicken (RM 162.80)
Have your steamboat here with their premium selection of soup where one can enjoy a variety of steamboat broth. Some of their signature includes the “Lala”Soup with Basil Leaf (RM 38.50), Winter Melon Soup with Dried Scallop and Chinese cabbage, Thick Chicken Soup with Fish Maw & Kampung Chicken (RM 162.80) and many more.
And of course enjoy your steamboat with a variety of sides with it. You can have loads of variety from the choice of Pacific Clam (RM 35), Ausralian Lamb (RM 24.80/plate) , Deep Fried Fish Paste (RM 9) Deep fried Crispy Fish Skin (RM 16) , Deep Fried Fish Paste (RM 12) , Deep Fried Yam (RM 9)  , Fish Maw (RM 26.40) and many more.
Nothing beats having your steamboat with the some imported Japanese A4 Wagyu Beef (200g)(RM 110/ 100g), or even the US Prime Beef Sliced (RM 32)
In here, they have a variety of handmade items to go for which is their fish balls. You can have them in set of four combinations ( 3 pcs each) at RM 41.80 or ala-carte. We are definitely in love with the bouncy fish balls especially the Handmade Sea Prawn Paste (RM 30.80), and the Handmade Sea Prawn Balls (RM 27.50/ 6 pcs)
Sides your steamboat with a variety of vegetables. This includes the “Tang Oo” Vegetable
While waiting for your steamboat, try their signature Chilled Cherry Tomato with Sea Salt (RM 14.80). Love the taste of the pulpy cherry tomato and the combination is just perfect!
The Century egg with Japanese Young Ginger (RM 17.60) is simply amazing. Nicely done and appetising taste.
Not just that, enjoy the fresh seafood such as the Alaska King Crab, Fresh Lobster, King Sea Prawn, Fresh Oysters and many more. The items are divinely good and delicious as the ingredients are fresh.
Another item not to be missed is their grilled scallops ( seasonal price). The scallops are wonderful –licious where they are huge and juicy. Once grilled, you can taste the light char taste in it.
Ends your meal with some desserts of course! Their Fried Ice Cream with Sponge Cake (RM 13.90) had won our hearts after the pipping hot steamboat.
And their Homemade Herbal Teas are one of my favorite too. Order the variety of herbal tea such as the Double Boiled Fig Sour Plum, Double Boiled Red Dates with Black Fungu, Double Boiled Chuanbei Chicken Grass Herbal Tea and the Organic Soya Bean.
It is time to visit Grand Imperial Seafood Hotpot and BBQ at the new Pavilion Elite.
