Impressive Buffet at the Brand New Lemon Garden @ Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Being a fans of buffet, one of course will know Lemon Garden is one of the best buffets in town and they had refurbished for the past few months and now you can see the brand new Lemon Garden at Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur re-opened on Monday, 27 February 2017.

The main restaurant of the hotel debuts a brand new look and a refreshed menu after undergoing renovation for the past four months. Lemon Garden has always been well known for its extensive buffet selections and theatre kitchens where local and international specialities are prepared a la minute. With the exciting facelift, designed by the famous ID from Japan – Bond Design Studio Inc ; it brings you with the elegant and yet modern and contemporary designs which brings you with the warm and sophicated ambience and a beautiful  touch of the elegant decked with the modern and contemporary designs which exudes a warm and sophisticated ambience. The flooring is made up of gleaming off-white and patterned tiles, the walls are lined with framed glass and golden brown panels while the ceiling features pendant lights and yellow light orbs.

A garden terrace and chic alfresco dining areas make up the outdoor section of the restaurant. Both areas overlook a koi fish pond and a water fountain, offering a scenic view of the outdoor garden.
As for the food selection, Lemon Garden brings you with the plethora of tantalising cuisine from all around the world. It features a variety of Chinese, Italian, Indian, Thai, Malay, Japanese and Western specialities.

The Western theatre kitchen offers a wide selection of cheese, salads, roast beef, glazed lamb ribs and quiche. Pizzas are made the authentic way using a unique wood burning oven and the Interactive Pasta Hotspot allows patrons to personalise pastas by choosing their own pasta style and sauce.

 

 

 

Enjoy the wide range of seafood at their seafood station hosts a repertoire of fresh delicacies such as fresh oysters, scallops, crabs, squids, mussels, sushi, sashimi and prawns. Amazingly delicious where every mouthful comes with the fresh ingredients.

 

Hop to the Asian theatre kitchen where you can tempt your self with those delicious authentic dishes from satay, chicken tikka, tandoori, naan bread, roti canai, and others. Signature dishes include the Nyonya Curry Laksa and Whole Baked Malay Red Snapper with Curry.  Not just that, enjoy the warm soup where they do have quite a wide selection of it.

 

Features the The Chinese station is famous for its unique selection of double boiled soups. It also features a noodles corner which serves a wide array of hot-off-the-stove noodles, exquisite selections of dim sum and other varieties of oriental specialities. The Double Boiled Black Chicken with Ginseng Soup and Chinese Popiah are an absolute must try.

Of course, ends your meal with the delicious appetizing desserts from their signature  Coconut Pandan Hot Soufflé, ice kacang, waffles, crepes, chocolate fountains and an assortment of cakes, tarts and ice creams.

Lemon Garden has a total seating capacity of 368 persons.  It opens daily from 6am to 11.30pm serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Special buffets include the International Lunch Buffet from Mondays to Saturdays, International Sunday Brunch, International Dinner Buffet from Sundays to Thursdays, Seafood Dinner Buffet on Fridays and Saturdays and the Sunday Champagne Brunch.
