Welcome the Year of Roaster @ Four Points Sheraton Puchong

December 28, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

Four Points By Sheraton Puchong welcomes the year of Roasters with a great range of festive offerings that ensures a new year filled with happiness and prosperity. And this year, Four Points by Sheraton offers you with the customised 9 course menu with the tantalising dishes.  And this round, we are invited to try their customised set.

Yee Sang

Toss for prosperity, wealth, and health where the yee sang is completes with  salmon, butter fish , and tuna with the 3 sea treasure with it. Colourfully presented with the shredded vegetables, pickles, five spice crackers, and drizzled with their homemade blackcurrant- plum dressing.  Beautifully presented in the shape of fish, the yee sang comes awesomely beautiful and each of the ingredients are beautifully decorated.

Double Boiled Chicken Broth with Sea Conch and Red Date in Coconut

The bowl of hearty soup served in coconut comes warm, and awesome-licious! The   bowl of soup brings you with the scrumptious ingridients such as the mushroom, chicken, dried scallops, wolfberry and red dates all in one. The bowl of soup is just perfect- tummy warming and yet nutritious.

Oven Roasted Garlic Flavour Infused Chicken with Foie Gras Gravy

Hop to next awesomelicious delights here. Making a twist of western and Chinese the chicken is being roasted with the garlic flavour and infused with the foie gras gravy on top. Hence the taste slightly salty to my preference but the chicken meat remains tender and moist.

Pan Fried Jumbo Prawns in Premium Soy Sauce

The huge prawns are well coated and marinated with the soy sauce.  Enjoy this delicious prawns which comes pluppy with the flaky texture. The taste of it is just perfect and awesome-licious where every bites of the prawns is just heavenly good.

Steamed Pearl Grouper Fillet

I love this, fully de-boned and steam till perfection. The grouper fish remains its flaky and moist texture of the fish itself. The grouper is indeed fresh and tantalizing and the soy sauce which is added to it makes a good combination.

Abalone , bamboo pith. Enoki mushroom and seasonal vegetable topped with black moss

Pluppy scrumptious abalone, where every mouthful brings you with the chewy bites and is juiciness of the abalone dancing inside your mouth. The delicious abalone is just perfect to enjoy especially during Chinese New Year and it is sides with the scrumptious ingredients such as the enoki mushroom and seasonal vegetables which is topped with black moss! Scrumptiously awesomely good and it is also brings you with good luck with the black moss.

Fried rice with shrimps and kai lan and garnish with conpoy

Ends your meal with the fried rice with shrimps ad sides with the crispy deep fried kalian by the side. Topped with loads of jewels on top (conpoy)

Double Boiled Sea Bird Nest, Lotus Seeds, Red Dates and Fresh Ginseng

Ends your meals with of course those delicious soothing bowl of desserts. Nutritiously delicious with the bird nest in it and ginseng.

Deep – Fried Brown Sugar Cake, layered with Sliced Yam And Sweet Potato paired with Katafi wrapped Toro Mashed Balls
